She returned my call immediately, and from that point on, the entire process was as smooth as anyone could hope for. Not only was the price the best I found in the Los Angeles market, but the service was absolutely exceptional. The Scandi Blue stone is a dream come true and exceeded all of my expectations. If any of my friends are ever remodeling their home, Gala Flooring will be the first place I recommend. They offer an amazing selection, fantastic prices, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Gala Flooring and Stephanie, for such a wonderful experience!

Working with Gala Flooring and Design was a genuine highlight of our home renovations project. I…read morewas initially a bit hesitant given the smaller number of online reviews, but giving them a call was the best decision. Gala is a family-owned business with the utmost attention to quality, design, value, detail, and customer service no matter the size of project. I had a specific vision in mind for the countertop for our kitchen remodel, and after a short-notice in-person consultation with Stephanie she compiled a detailed estimate for each option. After sending the detailed quote by email, she then went above and beyond to track down a different type of MSI quartz that fit my vision and was available in a jumbo slab. I loved that option more than any of the others I had seen in person, and this allowed us to complete the project with one jumbo slab instead of two standard ones. She was able to promptly secure the slab from MSI and get us in touch with the Gala installation team. For a very competitive price, the team did an impeccable job with the countertop fabrication and installation. Arthur was incredibly diligent with his measurements and design suggestions, and Arman and his team beautifully installed the countertop with the utmost professionalism. We will call Gala for our future projects, and will recommend them to all our friends and family! This is a gem of team.

AWESOME!... Need I say more? Of course, otherwise this will end up being a hidden review…read more I needed an interior door installed yesterday. That's what I get for procrastinating. There I was with a son that was coming home for winter break, and there wasn't a door for his bedroom. I called NUMEROUS handymen in the morning, and I received very high prices since I wanted same day service. I called Wilfredo asking how soon he would be able to install an interior door, and he stated he would be able to do it the following day. He gave me a price for the following day, and I then asked if he would be able to do it today. He squeezed me into his schedule, and installed it in the evening! He did NOT charge me extra for same day service. I am thankful that Wilfredo was nice enough to work in the evening just so that I would have the door installed before my son arrives. In fact, when he arrived I asked him if he could do a couple other things, and he went to home depot just to get those additional items. They wore those booties on their shoes so that they wouldn't trail in dirt from outdoors. They covered their working area. They also vacuumed afterwards! The workmanship was AWESOME! I've asked Wilfredo to fit me into his schedule so that he could give me an estimate for a floor in my attic. By the time he left my house, it was too dark for him to take measurements of my attic. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Wilfredo and Julio.

I texted the number shown on a sign on the door to see how I could buy the one I wanted. I received a reply saying that the extinguishers were on sale, priced at $595, marked down from $995! I replied that the website showed the price to be $195 but did not receive a reply. I then sent a screenshot of the page showing the fire extinguishers, all with a price of $195. Still no reply. I don't know what kind of business they are running, but I don't appreciate "bait and switch" type operations. If I do get a reply admitting that they mistakenly quoted me the wrong price, and that the price advertised on their website is accurate, I will change this review. Until then...

I. Am. So. Happy…read more Olga transformed my grandparents' old couch into something of my dreams. Every other place I looked into that reupholstered furniture never had the fabric I was thinking of in my head, and I was beginning to feel like I was going to have to settle for something "close". When I met with Olga, she showed me so many beautiful and high quality fabrics that it was hard to decide which one to go with. She guided me through the selection, and was sure to show me the way the colors appeared with all possible reflections of lighting. She even stood outside with two samples I couldn't decide between. Once the fabric was chosen, we discussed different design aspects she could incorporate, and I could see she really had a seasoned eye for design. I told her I trusted her, and to do whatever she thought would look best. Even with my blessing to go bananas with the couch, she was sure to call or text me for my approval on any major design changes from its original style. As the day it would arrive got closer, I was getting nervous, as the couch belonged to my grandparents and held many years of memories and sentiment... I was afraid it would come back and not emit the same magic it did before. The moment the men arrived with the couch, I nearly cried. It was so beautiful, and so perfect. There were even two well-made and matching throw pillows I was not expecting. The setup took maybe 10 minutes tops, which was a final wrap up of the professional and easy process. The original couch and its sturdy structure was definitely honored in the reupholstery and design Olga created. The fabric is so soft and luxurious, and I've never received so many complements on a piece from guests, as well as from friends who have gotten a quick peak of it from being in the background of photos posted within my instagram stories. Its magic lives on, thanks to Olga, and will continue to for a long time in my family.
