Breakfast hours as of November 2022

We've been staying here every November for the past 5 or 6 years. We come up to this area for an early Thanksgiving with family. We've stayed at a few different hotels nearby, and this one is definitely our favorite! *STAFF/ LOBBY AREA* The staff has always been friendly, and the hotel is generally really clean. It is conveniently located right off the freeway, and super close to a Safeway. The lobby has a little corner store with some standard snacks, a coffee machine, a popcorn machine, and a computer for internet usage. *BREAKFAST* They have a continental breakfast every morning from 6am - 9am Mon-Fri, and 7am - 10am on Sat & Sun. The food is decent, but the options are plentiful! They have hot items such as make-your-own waffles and pancakes, oatmeal, and chafing dishes with things like eggs, potatoes and breakfast meats. They have classic items like cereal, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and other pastries. There is also a coffee and juice machine with various options available! There is a little dining area in the back with a handful of high and low tables and a TV usually playing NEWS. *ROOMS* We've stayed in a few different rooms here, but for the most part we make a point to book the ones with both a fireplace and a spa tub! This is the "Balcony Suite King". We've stayed on both the first and second floor but generally prefer the second floor so people aren't walking or making noise above us. Of the upstairs rooms, not all of them have balconies. The rooms are pretty spacious with a living room area and a bedroom. Each room has its own TV, though the one in the living room is attached to the wall so tight that there's no room to connect a Fire Stick or anything to the USB ports. The fireplace sets a wonderful mood and gives off a lot of heat. The spa tub has jets and is an amazing way to relax while away from home! *OVERALL* I would recommend staying here if you are in the area or passing through. The staff is friendly and you can get rooms with great features for a solid price. The continental breakfast is a great bonus, and a nice option to have. We look forward to staying here every year!

Stayed for two nights. Second night our room on the second floor was over come with thousands of nat's. Management offered to move us twice but the rooms were also infested. Because we had a pet we could not be moved to the interior building. I ask d the night clerk for a copy of that policy and when pressed to print me a copy he told me, "it doesn't really say that but that's what I was trained to say" Dog friendly and breakfast was large with several options

When we arrived around 10 PM, we were informed that our reserved King room was no longer available and had been given away. We were downgraded to a Double Queen. We were never notified in advance -- and our cancellation window had expired three days prior. There was no phone call, no email, and no communication that our confirmed room type would not be honored. Had we known before the cancellation deadline, we would have made other arrangements, especially given that this was a holiday stay. At 10 PM on Valentine's Day, finding another hotel wasn't realistic, so we accepted the downgrade. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. Loud music began playing somewhere within the building at 7:00 AM and continued for nearly two hours until we finally got up to get dressed as sleeping in was no longer an option. We were not on a lobby floor, and the volume was significant enough to disrupt the morning. After a late holiday evening, that was not the expectation. The room itself was clean and the check-in associate was polite, but the lack of advance communication, the room downgrade, and the early morning noise significantly impacted what was meant to be a relaxing Valentine's stay. We hope management addresses these concerns appropriately.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Also not squeaky. Free breakfast and free parking were a big plus. The hotel has a pool, gym, and newer washers and dryers. Staff mentioned the property is about six years old, and it definitely feels well maintained. No complaints at all, worth the price. Friendly and helpful staff. We also liked the location. It felt safe, close to shopping and Vacaville outlets, and about a 30-minute evening drive to downtown Napa. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The common areas are clean and attractive. I was at the hotel for a multiple day meeting and I thought the meeting space was nice. I appreciated that the meeting rooms had doors that opened to the parking lot, so it was easy to move supplies in and out of the meeting rooms. There's a hot breakfast in the morning. The coffee was good. The staff, including the housekeepers, were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The one place where this hotel needs improvement is in the sleeping rooms. Or to be specific, room 331. When entering the room it smelled like either a smelly dog stayed there or a man with poor hygiene habits lives there. It's a double queen room and the mattress on the bed next to the window needs to be replaced. The mattress has an impression in the middle and I could feel the mattress springs. The pillows also need replacing as they were flat and uncomfortable. If not tightly closed, the bathroom door slowly and loudly swings open during the night, which is frightening as it seems someone has entered the room. The coffeemaker is on a dark shelf with a burned out light bulb, making it impossible to find the outlet to plug the coffeemaker in unless you have a flashlight. Normally I would knock off more stars, but I think that this room may be an anomaly. It is on the top floor at the end of the hall, so it is probably one of the most quiet rooms in the hotel as you don't have noise above you, only one room next to you, and no loud talkers walking past the room. Therefore, it's probably a high usage room frequently requested by hotel regulars. A good friend of mine who also stayed at the hotel had no complaints about her room, which makes me think this room is an anomaly for the hotel.

Milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, few juice flavors were available, seems like 24/7. Their complimentary breakfast does not start until 6am, but when a staff saw us at 5am in the lobby, he informed us that bagels were already available. There were other staff we talked too during our stay and I could not emphasize enough how friendly, professional and helpful they all are.

Lovely and chic hotel!…read more I stayed here over the weekend of the Tractor Parade and had a lovely time! When we got to the lobby, we were greeted by the pleasant scent of the spa and a complementary glass of wine. The lobby was gorgeous. There was a nice fire going with plenty of seating, even some mounted down tablets where kids can play games. Outside, there is a ton of patio seating as well. There are fire pits, cozy chairs, and a pool (that seems to be more of a puddle). This hotel is unique in that it promotes socialization. I noticed that there is an abundance of seating not just in the lobby, but on the room floors as well. With the wine and fire pits, it makes for the perfect evening to chat with the other guests. The rooms are also super nice! They were spacious and very clean. The shower was huge with two high-powered shower heads. The shampoo and conditioners bottles were high quality and smelled very nice too. We paid a $75 pet fee and the room, to my pleasant surprise, came furnished with a dog bed and pet food bowl. This hotel is very dog friendly! I would say though that the lighting in the room was very minimal. There was no overhead lighting; just a few lamps that directed light down. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Winters and would love to stay here again!

We had to stay here for a conference. This CA town has a population of 7500 people. Everyone knows each other and there are 4-6 big families known here from the town's origination. We were greeted upon arrival at the hotel registration desk. The registration is two large sit down desks with the hotel agents offering a glass of wine at check in. There is 1 restaurant attached to the hotel, and it is only open for most business from 4-9 Mon-Sun. They offer a coffee shop with pastries counter service Mon-Wed 7:30a-11:30a. It's a bit inconvenient because if you work earlier than 7:30, you must walk a block to another place or drive 10 mins to Starbucks. The hotel is beautiful, very minimalistic, rustic modern, and the design is geared towards Wine Vineyard/Tuscan/Farm like decor. There is a common area in the lobby, an outside large patio with a shallow fountain pool. The inside offers a two sides fireplace with seating on both sides. A small corner next to the 2 elevators has 3 tablets that are fixed in place for guests, this seems to be a business corner in the open space. There is also conference space. Our room was nice but when we arrived, the toilet paper stand was on top of the toilet seat. This was very odd at 8:30p since they had several hours to quality check our room before we checked in late at night. The good news is that I had no itchiness after staying here. There was a clean bed, bathroom, desk, and carpet. For our 3 night stay, it was a good experience.
