While waiting I did get a hold of another company but 4 Nine Towing did call me back, I thought that was professional so I want to keep 4 Nine as a reserve for next time I need a tow. After 115 minutes I called them, no answer. They called me back and stated they had the wrong location and only took the tow because it was a residential tow. It was now 8:30 and dark. He said he could get someone out in another hour because he was in southside. The guy argued with me instead of fixing the problem. I had to drive home on a flat tire because they could not get it together. Terrible experience, avoid them!
