He cares, he's efficient and affordable. The first time I called him, I called a little early, got his voice mail and left a message. He called back within minutes. I explained my situation and he was on it! He came out the same morning and did a great job! I highly recommend this business! Plus, he's a veteran and I believe it is important to support not only our local small businesses but especially the ones owned by our brave vets!

He did not clean the car for the money he charged us, the seats were still dusty, and floor was not cleaned. Even I could have cleaned the car for what he did. As many people know, I am a car guy at heart. I spend a lot of time working on and restoring cars,…read morewhich means I am especially critical when it comes to choosing someone who will detail my vehicles. I also have a soft spot for young entrepreneurs, so when I saw Joshua's social post I decided to give him a shot. I am glad I did. Joshua is a young man who has his head on straight and he brings a level of communication that is rare today. He is not afraid to pick up the phone and have a real conversation, which I truly appreciate. We had a detail scheduled during a week when the weather was unpredictable, so we had to reschedule more than once due to the rain. He handled every change with professionalism and a great attitude. I finally needed the car cleaned on a Thursday afternoon because I had a business meeting the next day. The last thing I wanted was clients stepping into a dirty vehicle. We also have a one hundred and twenty pound German Shepherd that rides with us regularly, so you can imagine the condition of the interior. Joshua came over and worked until nine o'clock at night to get the job done. He even set up lighting so he could see every detail. The work he delivered was far beyond what I expected. His pricing is very fair, but the level of work he provides is on another level. When you look at price compared to value, he is off the charts. Finding a young man with this level of work ethic is rare today. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services. I also had him detail the XLR the following week.

Don was great with the communication prior to and going over what he may or may not need to do before getting started. He also only charged me for the services rendered so my total was for far less than what I was expecting. I highly recommend Drop N' Detail to anyone looking to get their car detailed the high quality customer service is unmatched.
