He cares, he's efficient and affordable. The first time I called him, I called a little early, got his voice mail and left a message. He called back within minutes. I explained my situation and he was on it! He came out the same morning and did a great job! I highly recommend this business! Plus, he's a veteran and I believe it is important to support not only our local small businesses but especially the ones owned by our brave vets!

These folks "COME TO YOU" It doesn't matter what you drive! Cars, Trucks, RV, Boat. Big Truck Semi!…read moreThey're on time! Very professional and great at what they do! They detailed my fleet of old trucks. I bought a detail for my sisters RV. OMG her bunch can be a little messy. "Understatement " I personally would have run away screaming "Oh Hell No" but they got to it and she could have sold it as unused after they waved their magic wand. It was worth every dime. Their awesome. My trucks look professional again too. Not that I have slobs driving them! No! Again! "Understatement" Call them! Give them a chance to delight you too! I'm not easily pleased. So a pat on the back and an atta boy is hard earned. My girlfriend insisted that I take the time and send them a review. If anyone has done a mediocre service for me? I'd tell you whoever they were, that they Suck. Not these folks! They go above and beyond and I totally appreciate great service. Keep up the good work folks! It's hard to find anymore. So? If you find excellence? Run with it. I'd recommend them for any detail.

I finally received a call back after Opulent took an entire week off without so much as a voicemail…read morealerting his potential customers why he would be out of the office let alone a forwarding phone number to answer any calls during the holiday. We agreed on 9:30am for my full detail. At 9am, he texted me to tell me that he'd arrive at 10am. Not only was his eta 30 minutes late but he arrived late to his new eta. I had already set my schedule back 30 minutes which cost me $7.00 to my new ride share fees as my girlfriend had already left to work and could no longer give me a ride with the new 10am start on my car. I finally just cancelled the entire job. Being on time means being early. Time is money and if you don't respect my time, why would I respect yours? Not to mention, these guys are more expensive than their local competition (by $100!) I had no problem paying an extra hundred bucks if I got more for my money, but instead I got someone who clearly doesn't want to work, has a severe lack of business acumen, and doesn't respect his customers time.
