Checkout is the same way, one person is very friendly and cheery. The other one is gruff and I've never seen the person smile or seem to be happy. I'm just going to Davies from now on. Came to page for some glass panes for a clients house i was working on. I called first and was told…read moreby kenny that they had glass in stock and were able to cut what i needed. I drove over and spoke to a man working the counter at the dewalt tool section who was accompanied by an older gentleman who informed me the glass cutter was broken and glass was out of stock. They told me to come back monday and there was nothing they could for me. I said that was unacceptable and spoke to the man who i spoke to on the phone. He told me right away they could help me. He called over greg and he helped me with a great attitude. The man who said the machine was broken visited greg in the glass cutting room to inform him the machine was broken but greg looked at it and informed the man it was indeed not broken. Greg was awesome and he knows what he is doing. The other two guys need to learn better communication and customer service. My first page experience started not so good but ended well. We ended up buying more than we planned on because of the service and quality of the products. We bought Douglas Fir 4x4's, spruce 2x10 and spruce 2x4. The wood was MUCH better quality than the big box store - AND the guys brought it to the truck!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is practically a local landmark which has been around and well known for as long as I can…read moreremember. This is like the equivalent of a lumber yard for blocks. I recently stopped to purchase 4 cinder blocks. I was unsure if they sold individual blocks or if they only sell in bulk. I went to the front office and paid (the prices are very reasonable). I walked outside and a guy on a tractor was waiting. I followed him down a road into a yard in the rear. He used the tractor to lift a pallet and drive it to the rear of my truck, allowing me to pick which blocks I wanted. The customer service here was friendly and they make it very simple to quickly pick up a few items. I was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes.
