The person talked to me a few minutes about the washer I was looking at and then deferred to a salesman with more in depth knowledge of the product differences. They discussed the options and guided me to a machine that met all my needs. I had done some research prior to going and had narrowed it down to two models. They were able to assist me in determining which one suited me the best. I am satisfied that I made a good purchase and I have not found the washer cheaper anywhere else. Delivery was on time within the hour timeframe they said they would be here. The washer installation could not have been any smoother. They did it quickly and without any issues. They were done in less than 30 minutes.

One would think that this would ensure that a smooth and professional delivery would ensue. The 2 guys who delivered my 48" range were clowns to say the least. They put the range up "on one end" and my heart just sank. By the time they got it inside, one door was scratched. Plus who knows about the guts of the range. We filed the damage report and here it is 4 weeks later and the technician has come to replace the door only to find out that something else (a hinge?) was damaged and that needs to be ordered as well before the repair can be fully completed. Also, technician said that the installer should of "leveled" the range. The DID NOT !! What was that extra $150 for ?? I wouild think that a refund in that department is due to us. I am so glad we chose to buy our other new appliances elsewhere.

Ask for all policies for delivery, removal, copper piping, etc to be given in writing. If any thing goes wrong, they will blame you!!! Those that do have some very disappointing Reviews.... I call Cash's Appliance Parts and get 'Pam' on the phone . She is the nicest sales person I have dealt with in a very long time--- Cash's does not carry the part I needed . She told me the manufacturer indicated they no longer make the part . She then spent 15 minutes trying to find it for me. In the process she described how she does a rare appliance part search . Pam said that if they have time they often try to help people find parts even if they do not carry them----or at least point their customers in the right direction. Cash's carries parts for larger appliances. Also Microwaves and parts for Kitchen Aides Mixers . She mentioned that Cash's gets shipments in every day so they can often help out their customers by getting in parts quicker and without an additional freight charge the Customer would incur ordering the part on their own . If it seems like I am spending a lot of time describing this business it's because of how impressed I was by how helpful Pam was being for a part she would never see or benefit from its purchase . SOO-to be complete --they are open Mon-Friday .
