We've had several issues with communication (lack of), timeliness, delays, and ultimately, an unfinished bathroom that we have to get another contractor to complete. Luxury Bath's website shows beautifully renovated bathrooms that look like they were professionally done. What we were left with looks NOTHING like anything we've ever seen on their site or FB page. We met with Rich (salesman) back in January of 2021. We explained our vision, provided pictures and explicitly stated that we wanted a turnkey, fully renovated bathroom. We thought we were all on one accord and signed a contract exciting about our soon to be "luxury bathroom". Due to COVID delays, the project start/completion was set for May, with a 7 workday timeline. When May came and went, we had not heard from Luxury Bath and it wasn't until reached out to them July that we heard anything from them, after several attempts to get a response. Our project finally started in September, again with a 7 day timeline. It took about 2 weeks to get the initial work done but another 3 months to correct issues with the design. There was a serious breakdown in communication when a major part of the custom vanity was altered without any discussion with us. Ultimately, Luxury Bath says that their works is complete as of December 20, almost a full year from the time we signed the contract. We asked for consideration for the delays but were told that they were having to absorb "additional cost" for having to fix the design problems. It's extremely disappointing that based on the cost of this "full renovation", we still have to find someone else to finish the project. Another review mentioned that the pricing is expensive and they were right. We just thought that it would be worth the investment (it wasn't). For anyone considering doing business with Luxury Bath, here are a few things to consider: 1) Be sure that if you are doing a complete remodel that you have them list every single detail of what will and will not be included in the work and be sure that the salesman speaks to the project manager and the actual contractors to ensure they all understand the design before you sign the contract. NOTE: Turnkey, doesn't actually mean turnkey. 2) Be very wary of the timelines that you are quoted. Once the work starts, you are at the mercy of Luxury Bath until your space is completed. We actually did a competitive bid for the renovation and had another company that had great rating but we went with Luxury Bath because they offered a substantially shorter timeline. 3) Communication with the company is challenging. We had to initiate all requests for any updates on delays. 4) PAINTING IS NOT INCLUDED!!! Per the owner, "We do not paint nor involve ourselves in that trade...I would encourage you to conduct a local search for well regarded painters, contact them, receive estimates, and decide which one will best serve your need." (Even though other reviews indicate that paint was a part of their projects). 5) Cabinets and drawers do not come with handles, pulls or knobs. We also had to purchase those out of pocket. 6) The final product may not look like anything you've seen on the site. It's really unfortunate that such a huge investment ended like this. It was a struggle to decide on what rating to assign. I would love to be able to give Luxury Bath a 5 star rating but the finished product fell way short. It feels like a bait and switch. In no world is this the bathroom that anyone would want to end up with (and again, it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen on their site). The experience with Luxury Bath has been one that we will never forget. If it wasn't for two sub-contractors (Chris and Alfonso) that actually did the work, the rating would be lower. Chris and Alfonso did some really hard, quality work. As just a team of two, they removed our old shower, tub, floors, built a new linen closet (which also doesn't get painted) and installed the new shower and vanity. They were on time and professional but ultimately, it was Luxury Bath that left us here.

    Worst quality drywall job ever!

"Luxury" is a joke! I had a terrible experience with them from the beginning to the end. Low quality work, and absolutely no customer service once you sign the contract for products. Didn't hear from " designer" at all during the remodel. End result looked like bad diy project with absolutely no satisfaction from the owner, Michael. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

They would not come out to look at the cabinet and there apparently is NO warranty on the cabinets, so you are better off going with a more reputable company. Someone that stands by their product. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and make suggestions like any other company would do they just said that the cabinets that they sold were cheap. This was not what was said when I purchased the cabinets. Had a very bad experience and they came across as they DO NOT CARE. The conversation started out by they would send someone out then it led to not sending someone out that there would be an extra charge and I asked how much and they said they would have to look at it. Then the conversation led to they sell cheap cabinets and apparently there is no warranty. They do not know their product line like most companies would. We were able to really maximize a small space and I went from a rather large kitchen in my previous house to a smaller one but I actually love my smaller kitchen better now because a) I have a gas stove which is easier to cook on, b) I have granite and a beautiful backsplash that is very upscale looking and c) I have a HUGE amount of counter space for such a small kitchen and I can do baking projects and other things on it very easily. Also with the drawers and lazy susan corner cabinets I find that most of my stuff fits fine and even though I had to get rid of some stuff, it fits everything I need. Overall I am very very satisfied with how hard Kathy worked on my floorplan and for a reasonable price. She dealt with some issues with the contractors like a complete pro. Any time you're remodeling there are always going to be issues that crop up, but the importance is how they get solved and I am so happy I had Kathy on my side, and I plan to use her again in the future.

Greg is a smooth talker and made it seem like it would all be good. He said payment would be due upon completion although there was no mention of this in the "contract." Turns out "Remove vanity and install custom vanity" means ripping out the large existing vanity, sink, and huge mirror and then popping down the pedestal sink THAT I BOUGHT. Period. Red flag #2: When I asked Greg about the massive drywall damage, he said "Is it in the contract?" The agreement does say he does not cover drywall repair, but this was literally left in a demo state. On Day 2, while the entire floor was ripped up with the crawlspace exposed, Greg asked me for a check. I said I planned to pay him with a credit card and it would take me a few days to move money around to give him the equivalent of cash. Day 3 he walked off the job claiming non-payment. After I calmly explained that I could not be in non-payment because no payment was due, Greg came back the next day like nothing happened... All of the insulations under the half bath was wet so it had to go. Greg did not want anything to do with replacing it. I went out and bought insulation and installed it myself. Either Greg or his plumber, Drew, cracked the first sink basin during install. Luckily Home Depot replaced it with no questions and Drew came back and installed the new one. Drew was actually great. I did all of the leg work for the return, so don't expect Greg to actually stand by his work or take responsibility for mistakes. Greg made it clear he does not do hardwood floor repair and I was fine with that. Turns out, my hardwood flooring guy discovered that there was a strange strip of plywood sub floor installed to fill a gap that was not actually supported. We found out why when he pulled it up. See photos. Don't expect structural repairs to actually connect to other structural members. Don't expect your tile OR subfloor to be level or flat. Don't expect a professional job.

I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.
