Once we decided to pull the trigger, things moved quickly. His team came to measure and we scheduled the installation. They were here for 5 days, as expected, and not only showed up on time, but cleaned everything up before they left each day. We actually had dinner at home most nights during the install! Wes and Drake were here every day, helped on occasion by Doug and Jam. The final result exceeded our expectations and took just 4 weeks from contract to completion! A week after they finished, I noticed that one of the cabinet doors was not closing properly. I contacted them late morning and by mid-afternoon, they were here to replace the hinge! Excellent customer service!

In 2021 I paid Cabinet Cures of Raleigh to reface my kitchen cabinets with maple wood over MDF. The…read morework looked good initially, but within 2-3 years, peeling began along the top edges of doors, drawer fronts, and some seams. I've attached clear photos showing the damage. I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times,but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.

Though the cabinets were ordered properly from the manufacturer by YCC(spec of order in on a label) the maker didn't paint the outside of one of them as ordered. This review is still 5 stars because of how the error was handled they immediately made a skin for it painted to match. I dropped off the cabinet and they put it on then delivered it to my house. Following that I failed to order pulls, which they not only gave me at no charge but also delivered to my house. That's customer service and how to fix a problem.

And it's not easy to visualize what it will look like. We decided to check on this local organization to see if they could guide us through indecision. The in-shop team is patient and knowledgeable. We spent an hour going through various options and finally were able to decide. In-home measuring took place a few days later and a quote was delivered one day after that. The work took place 4 weeks later. Crews arrived on schedule. Demo crew was meticulous in removing old tile - dust kept to a minimum, debris hauled away and everything swept up. Backsplash removed in half a day. Install crew was equally meticulous. Everything measured and symmetrical. Tile cut outside to minimize the dust. Trim installed to help with a few rough cabinet edges. The tile was installed in 2 days, start to finish. Pricing for the project is in line with others that we looked at. There certainly are less expensive options, but it's true that there is a cost for quality - you get what you pay for. Tile Trenz can be trusted to be fairly priced, do professional, quality work, and keep to the schedule. Recommended!
