They would not come out to look at the cabinet and there apparently is NO warranty on the cabinets, so you are better off going with a more reputable company. Someone that stands by their product. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and make suggestions like any other company would do they just said that the cabinets that they sold were cheap. This was not what was said when I purchased the cabinets. Had a very bad experience and they came across as they DO NOT CARE. The conversation started out by they would send someone out then it led to not sending someone out that there would be an extra charge and I asked how much and they said they would have to look at it. Then the conversation led to they sell cheap cabinets and apparently there is no warranty. They do not know their product line like most companies would. I am going to report this to the BBB as I am tired of companies promising everything when you buy and later when you have an issue NOT ACTING OR NOT CARING.

We were able to really maximize a small space and I went from a rather large kitchen in my previous house to a smaller one but I actually love my smaller kitchen better now because a) I have a gas stove which is easier to cook on, b) I have granite and a beautiful backsplash that is very upscale looking and c) I have a HUGE amount of counter space for such a small kitchen and I can do baking projects and other things on it very easily. Also with the drawers and lazy susan corner cabinets I find that most of my stuff fits fine and even though I had to get rid of some stuff, it fits everything I need. Overall I am very very satisfied with how hard Kathy worked on my floorplan and for a reasonable price. She dealt with some issues with the contractors like a complete pro. Any time you're remodeling there are always going to be issues that crop up, but the importance is how they get solved and I am so happy I had Kathy on my side, and I plan to use her again in the future.

I hired Greg to renovate a half bath that had a toilet that leaked, damaging the sub floor and…read morehardwoods in the hall. The first red flag was Greg's cartoonish quote for work. Greg is a smooth talker and made it seem like it would all be good. He said payment would be due upon completion although there was no mention of this in the "contract." Turns out "Remove vanity and install custom vanity" means ripping out the large existing vanity, sink, and huge mirror and then popping down the pedestal sink THAT I BOUGHT. Period. Red flag #2: When I asked Greg about the massive drywall damage, he said "Is it in the contract?" The agreement does say he does not cover drywall repair, but this was literally left in a demo state. On Day 2, while the entire floor was ripped up with the crawlspace exposed, Greg asked me for a check. I said I planned to pay him with a credit card and it would take me a few days to move money around to give him the equivalent of cash. Day 3 he walked off the job claiming non-payment. After I calmly explained that I could not be in non-payment because no payment was due, Greg came back the next day like nothing happened... All of the insulations under the half bath was wet so it had to go. Greg did not want anything to do with replacing it. I went out and bought insulation and installed it myself. Either Greg or his plumber, Drew, cracked the first sink basin during install. Luckily Home Depot replaced it with no questions and Drew came back and installed the new one. Drew was actually great. I did all of the leg work for the return, so don't expect Greg to actually stand by his work or take responsibility for mistakes. Greg made it clear he does not do hardwood floor repair and I was fine with that. Turns out, my hardwood flooring guy discovered that there was a strange strip of plywood sub floor installed to fill a gap that was not actually supported. We found out why when he pulled it up. See photos. Don't expect structural repairs to actually connect to other structural members. Don't expect your tile OR subfloor to be level or flat. Don't expect a professional job.

I contacted NHRC and Greg came out the next day for a consultation. He quoted me a price that I thought was very good for the entire bathroom remodel. Greg and his other worker were very efficient and even though we ran into a few issues (old plumbing and uneven walls), Greg was able to troubleshoot the issues and did a fantastic job with this renovation. As you can see from the photos, the bathroom turned out beautifully! I'm very happy with the results. Greg did such a great job. I will be contacting him for future renovations. I highly recommend NHRC and Greg's remodeling services!

I had some questions... needed to tweak it... he was always responsive via text and email. I then visited the showroom to choose a door style and molding. Once we decided to pull the trigger, things moved quickly. His team came to measure and we scheduled the installation. They were here for 5 days, as expected, and not only showed up on time, but cleaned everything up before they left each day. We actually had dinner at home most nights during the install! Wes and Drake were here every day, helped on occasion by Doug and Jam. The final result exceeded our expectations and took just 4 weeks from contract to completion! A week after they finished, I noticed that one of the cabinet doors was not closing properly. I contacted them late morning and by mid-afternoon, they were here to replace the hinge! I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.
