I've been here many times over the years and while I understand that things are different post-Covid, but I was surprised at how far this place has fallen. Wow!! 1 word "CLEARANCE"!! Incredible selection of everything at Bed Bath & Beyond. The clearance section of this store is a MUST!! Great deals on almost everything. Right now 70% off of Christmas items. I love that this store has all or most of the cool stuff you see on TV or "Shark Tank", makes you say... " why didn't I think of that!!" I hate that, but I just love love these stores, can't leave without spending $100+ at least my hubby and I can't. Everything you could possibly need for storage, organizing and cooking, drinking and then some aromatherapy and then yes....finally sleep!! They have it ALL!! The staff is always available at this location and very helpful. I love the ladies at check out, we always have a few chuckles about the latest crazy selling "inventions" in the store. Yes, when you get that coupon for 20% off 1 item, you always find a reason to go to the fabulous Bed Bath and Beyond store. Hail to the 20% off coupon, you know we will spend tons more than the 20% off that 1 single item. See you soon, I'm checking my mail for that coupon. Rating this location on customer service only - went in around 8:05 am asking for a specific item. Two employees both treated me as though I was hassling them and keeping them from something much more important. I was the only customer in the store... They didn't think they had the item, looked it up on their computer, said nope! Sent me to another location and I asked specifically, is the location open right now? They assured me it was... Drove down to Strickland Road location, guess what? Store opens at 9. They aren't open yet and now I'm waiting for them to open. Would be nice if the employees of other locations gave out correct information. And provided better customer service - without an attitude and not treating customers like they are a nuisance. read more

I find myself in a BBB more & more. Love all the choices & brands. Plus, I always get those 20% off coupons in the mail. I've come here for Real Simple boot fillers & a Nautica bed quilt. I've been pleased with both purchases, especially because of the brands & prices. Employees are always helpful & friendly. Prices are reasonable & there is plenty of parking. read more

Every BB&B seems to be a little different as far as store layout goes. This one is probably not one of my favorites to visit, but don't get me wrong, I love to visit a good BB&B and drool over the kitchen gadgets. This location: Aisles are seemingly way too narrow, and product is strategically set up in the middle of the Aisles so as to impede a person's ability to get through the store or around other shoppers. For those who are like me, and do not like crowded cramped spaces, this is just not the place to be. I will literally freak out and just get out of a place like this when it gets too crowded for me. What I do like - they accept expired BB&B coupons :o) and Lord knows we have plenty of those 20% ones laying around! read more

This place is cool. After wandering around Steinmart for an hour and looking at comforters (while not finding anything we liked), we headed to BB&B. The employee working in the bedding department was very friendly (albeit very hard to understand) but she tried to be helpful. We finally found a comforter for $30 less than the one we "kinda" liked at Steinmart (with the 20% off coupon) and could not be more pleased. :D Also, the front desk lady was super sweet as well and "ooh'd and aah'd" over our comforter selection. :D read more

I've always loved BB&B for their wide selection in home/house decor. Remember to bring you coupons; 20% off a single item or $5 off $15 purchase. You can use as many coupons as your heart desires in one transaction. Forgot them? No worries. Just bring your coupons next time with your reciept and they will make the adjustment. Also don't throw away your expired coupons!!! Walked to BB&B from the mall and needed to pick up some cooking items and kitchen storage solutions. My husband and I were shopping for our new apartment last night, 7/20/18. They had a ton of awesome options and the store was really clean and organized. Sometimes you go to these kinds of stores and everything is just a complete mess, but last night everything looked to be perfectly in order. We went to the register to pay for our items and our cashier, Tina, was absolutely amazing! She did everything she could to help us save money with the 20% off coupons. She told us to google a retailmenot coupon to bring our total to the amount of cash that we had (we had $105 in cash and were just gonna put the other $4 on the card) and waited patiently as we did so. She was super nice and very eager to help. Tina I really appreciate you and can't wait to return to this store as soon as possible. read more

I was shopping today for a pillow, and the associate "TJ" was overly accommodating and listened to my needs and what I wanted in regards to my preferences to the pillow. Anyway, I bought it and he happily explained the return policy and if I didn't like it, bring it back, no questions asked. He was VERY friendly! I tried out the pillow, (my opinion is irrelevant to this review), and didn't like it, so I went back to return it. Upon arrival, however, "Kathy" proclaimed they were closed, as I was standing next to another customer. The website said differently, so with a look of disdain, she offered to get the manager and closed the door on us. When inside, I decided I'd rather be helped by the other associate than her due to her unwelcoming nature. She was very accommodating throughout the return. I later spoke to the manager and explained my case and my expectations as both a former retail worker and a customer, and he understood and apologized immediately. I'd say their customer service was excellent with the exception of said associate. read more

Stopped by about 5 minutes before closing to get a gift from a bridal registry- I hated to do this and was prepared for poor or rushed service. Pleasantly surprised when all the workers (but especially Akeem) were so kind and helpful. I love this place because they let you use those 20% off coupons even after they expire. :) But the great customer service prompted me to Yelp about it! read more

Having recently moved to NC, I've been amazed at the kindness and genuine helpfulness of everyone I've met during this first week here. And my visit to the BBB store on Summer was no different, but the sales lady who assisted me on Thu, Jun 6, went far beyond my expectations when she handled a very complicated return, combined with additional purchases. She spent probably 20 minutes checking and double checking every item I'd purchased the day before to ensure my coupon savings applied. Her name tag said "Leslie," and she was super patient, diligent and so very pleasant throughout the process! I appreciated her assistance and will likely make that my go-to store location because of Leslie's superior customer service!!! read more

Your run of the mil BB&B, however this has to be the best location in all of the Triangle. They were super friendly, and I do wish this place was closer! read more

Just completed our wedding registry here last weekend and had a great experience! The employee that helped us, Lisa?, was very helpful, gave us our space, but also checked on us regularly to see if we needed help. This is the only location I've been to in the triangle area but they seem to have a pretty nice selection compared to other stores I've been to. read more
