Some nice things about this place is that they have someone answering phones and seems like they have multiple technicians so if you need someone in a hurry, maybe they are worth a shot. I believe my technicians name was Mark. He spent about an hour and seemingly fixed the problem. We then used the bathtub and then it was leaking once again. Some scheduling conflicts happened and they weren't able to get anyone out to my place as quickly but mark did eventually return, just much later same day. He then indicated he had to go get a part and wouldn't be able to do that until the next morning at least. Next morning he came and spent some more time and was able to maybe fix it so the leak was less but still present. Told me that was the best he could do. My usual plumber was available the following day. He came, fixed it in about 45 mins and for a fraction of the price. In the end my usual plumber said that this guy used a wrong size part and left a screw loose (potentially why it was still leaking). So overall not really happy with this company and the technician they sent out.

I'll admit I shopped around before coming back to them, they not only demonstrated the expertise of the install but matched the best quotes and even installed a regulator on the mainline to my house for the same price I was quoted on install alone from others. My parents-in-law had a toilet that wasn't draining properly, a semi-emergency since it's the only toilet in their small condo. It was already late in the day, but I found QP Plumbing and messaged them and they were able to have a plumber out early the next morning. Leo was the plumber who visited and he did a lot of troubleshooting: first with a plunger, then an auger, then removing the toilet to inspect the trap and the drain pipe. In the end, we determined that the toilet should be replaced because of its age, and Leo took care of buying a new toilet, installing it, and hauling the old one away. He recommended a toilet that's elongated and slightly higher, which was a great option for our elderly parents with reduced mobility. Leo also replaced the wax ring and flange bolts and caulked the new toilet well. He took the time to do the job right, and the price was quite reasonable. And the new toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Thanks QP for the quality work and for giving our parents one less thing to have to worry about!
