There was little to no communication about these delays, which felt very unprofessional and disorganized from the start. I was also told the job would take no more than 3 hours because my home "looked very clean and it was I had a deep clean less than a month ago. Instead, the service lasted approximately 7 hours, which is more than double the estimate and completely disrupted my day. The most disappointing part, however, was the quality of the cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, expecting a thorough and detailed service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely missed, including items that are typically standard in a deep clean--and even things that should have been covered based on their own checklist. As a paying customer, I should not have to: * Supervise the entire process * Point out basic cleaning tasks * Or explain what a deep clean should include That defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. While the cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, the quality of work did not reflect a professional standard. Instead of feeling satisfied, I felt stressed and anxious the entire time they were in my home, and even more disappointed once I saw the final result. I also don't like confrontation, so I didn't address everything in the moment--but I shouldn't have to micromanage a service like this to get basic expectations met. Overall, this experience fell short in terms of punctuality, staffing, time management, and quality of work. This was not a true deep clean, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
