Because I work with contractors, I thought it was illegal for them to demand payment upfront, and I pointed that out, but then I did my research and realized that a clean service did not fall under the CSLB, so I apologized for my error I then realized I was dealing with someone who had been damaged by society and was an rusting person , so I explained the whole situation gave my address, my phone number, and the fact that I would be on site after all, because I have to supervise a pool being a plastered. I offered references so they would feel secure that they were going to be paid. Ultimately, with what amounted to an attempt to persuade and gain the confidence of this business owner turned into a false accusation of harassment. It's a learning experience for me . I'm not used to dealing with people with such a weak constitution. People who are so afraid of communication that they'll throw away a good job. I suppose the other part that must be acknowledged, is that the evil in our society, and the fact that it's pretty common to get cheated, has caused a culture of distrust. I wish them luck. Our agreement was that the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring be the priority-- she didn't have to clean the rest of the house. I had a busy day of errands, very excited to come home to a clean house but that definitely was not the case. Here's what I came home to in the kitchen alone: -Uncleaned microwave -Sink full of dirty dishes -3 full trashes, which included Burger King from Kat's team and the emptied trashes from the bathrooms. (I've never had a cleaner not take the trash out, especially their own trash!) -the counter completely clear and wiped down, only to find the appliances that were on them under the counter still dirty (blender base, toaster, and crockpot all dirty with old food stains) -smudges on the stainless steel fridge showing that it hadn't been cleaned. Our kitchen is small and it wasn't in terrible shape before they came. It really makes me wonder what they did?? Put dirty dishes in the sink, put dirty appliances under the counter, wipe the counters down and call it clean?? The bathrooms weren't as bad but they weren't cleaned well either. There was soap scum on the shower head still and dust on the vanity (we recently had it repaired so there's chalky dust in places). The floors were the only thing done well. When I texted Kat about the issues she said that they didn't load the dishwasher because there were already dishes in there. (Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to put away clean dishes than randomly putting appliances under the counter?? Why clear the counters but not the dishwasher?? Why not hand wash the dirty dishes??). She gave no response about the microwave or trashes. All she offered to do was return my $35 tip. I feel she should've refunded more for the shabby job but oh well, lesson learned- never trust cleaners to clean while you're not home and never send payment before inspecting the work. The 2 stars are for the good communication during scheduling and for arriving on time.

I was also told the job would take no more than 3 hours because my home "looked very clean and it was I had a deep clean less than a month ago. Instead, the service lasted approximately 7 hours, which is more than double the estimate and completely disrupted my day. The most disappointing part, however, was the quality of the cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, expecting a thorough and detailed service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely missed, including items that are typically standard in a deep clean--and even things that should have been covered based on their own checklist. As a paying customer, I should not have to: * Supervise the entire process * Point out basic cleaning tasks * Or explain what a deep clean should include That defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. While the cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, the quality of work did not reflect a professional standard. Instead of feeling satisfied, I felt stressed and anxious the entire time they were in my home, and even more disappointed once I saw the final result. I also don't like confrontation, so I didn't address everything in the moment--but I shouldn't have to micromanage a service like this to get basic expectations met. Overall, this experience fell short in terms of punctuality, staffing, time management, and quality of work. This was not a true deep clean, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
