I called a handful of companies seeing who I could get to come out on little notice. Most said they could come in 2 days. I called A Step Above and they told me they had opening the following week. When I explained I needed them done quicker she tried real hard to see if she could make it happen. She placed me on hold and came back with " we can be there tomorrow at 7am". DONE! Bill showed up at 7am and cleaned my carpets super quick. They look great and smell great. I will definitely use them from now on. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice!

I am appalled by Jennifer's customer service. Based on the positive reviews, I booked her and she…read morehad deep cleaned our tenants home. Up until this, my interaction with her have been pleasant. We also needed our grout cleaned and she said she can do it, so I scheduled with her for today at 3pm. She originally said she can't because she's throwing a party for her family. Unfortunately my tenants (4 different students) schedules are very hard to manage, and they were not free at other times, so I told Jennifer of this. She said it's fine and that she'll be there by 3pm, she confirmed this. Now I get a text this morning saying she won't make it because of the party, and she doesn't even apologize. She couldn't have told me this when I scheduled it? I'm not sure why she confirmed the time for today when she clearly couldn't. I informed her of my great dissatisfaction with her service and she continued to accuse me of being "rude" and a "cheap ass". How do you treat your customers like this? When she originally quoted me her price, her words were "uhm it's like $200". It sounded like she was just making up numbers, not a set price she had for each of her service. So I asked if she can do 150 and she said yes. If she wasn't happy with me trying to haggle, she could have said that she cannot lower it and I would have been fine. I will never be using her service or recommend her to anyone for her unprofessionalism.

Mr. Francis handled our intake and was wonderful, helpful and so informative. We are so happy that we made the decision to clean the carpets instead of ripping them out and replacing. I know we'll probably get another good 4-5 years out of these carpets before we have to make the decision again. Thank you A clean pro for making us extremely happy with the decision to clean the carpet carpets, for having affordable pricing, especially in an economy as rough as it is today. The pictures I'm posting do not reflect how wonderful they actually look in person. I should have taken before photos, so the true comparison could be compared. They were very spotty and dark since we do have pets that have snuck into the bedrooms and done their little things. You would never know at this point . The only thing I regret is not doing the carpets sooner. Highly recommend this company.
