High Desert Carpet Cleaning is top-tier service! I've called on them in the past and a few weeks back. Francisco and Kimberly made it a point to make sure that satisfaction was met when they came out to deep clean all the piss stains that "Taz" secretly left behind this most recent time around. The carpet feels much cleaner when walking barefoot and looks a whole helluva lot better too! Wipe Your Paws and SHOES OFF SUCKAS!! read more

One of our pets, soiled the couch. I called High Deset Carpet, they set an appointment, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. The couch smells so good now,and looks great. Compared to buying a new couch a very reasonable price. Both Francisco and Enzo started with an enzyme treatment, then carefully performed a water extraction cleaning. This was not some 5 minute in and and job, but a very detailed procedure. I will definately use them again! read more

Have used their services several times and I'm never left disappointed. Recently my dogs decided to have a literal pissing contest on my fairly new couch. High Desert Carpet got the smell out of the couch and it looks brand new. Reasonably priced! Cheaper than having to purchase a new couch. Would highly recommend for upholstery and carpet cleaning. read more

I have had other carpet clearers clean my carpet and they never looked clean. Francisco came to my house and I can tell you that he did the best job. My carpets have never looked this clean. I was so happy with him, and he is so nice. His prices are very fair. If you are in need of a good carpet cleaning service I highly recommend him. read more

After being stood up by another carpet cleaner who had good reviews, I contacted High Desert Carpet cleaning and explained house was ready with furniture moved and I had been stood up and he worked me into his schedule. This is not a get your whole house cleaned for $120.00, I wanted steam cleaning which is better for what I wanted done. Not only is Francisco a very nice and friendly person, he is also very knowledgeable about how to best clean different carpet's, couches and area rugs. I was extremely happy with his work ethic and quality of the job he did for me. And he showed up when he said he would be there. So yes I recommend this business! read more

I just moved into a new house in Helendale and was in need of a carpet cleaning service in two bedrooms. The previous owner also left behind two very large textured rugs that needed a good cleaning. I called Francisco and he came out the next day! I have berber carpet in two of the bedrooms, which can be harder to clean because the carpet fibers are woven so tight. Francisco worked his magic and the carpets in both rooms looked like new when he was done! Also, my cat had some anxiety during the move, so she peed on one of the rugs. Francisco was able to get the cat pee smell out of the rug, and also recommended a couple of cleaning products for future cat pee accidents. I felt his prices were fair for the service he provided. I will definitely use him again. read more

I am new to the High Desert and I have had to start from scratch when it comes to finding reputable people for certain services. I did a little research when I had to look for a reputable carpet cleaner. Well, I found High Desert Carpet Cleaning. I spoke with Francisco and he was good when it came to communication. He called me immediately after I left a message. I scheduled an appointment and he arrived within the time he stated he would. He was professional and kind not to mention he was knowledgeable when I asked him certain questions. He got right to it and began to use his cleaning solution through out my home. He also used nothing more than steam to clean an 8 year old couch. The end result, the carpet looks like new. My home is two years old(new) and he made the carpet look like it did when I moved in. He suggested the carpets be cleaned at least twice a year due to living in the desert environment where dust and dirt are everywhere. The price was reasonable and to be honest, I got my money's worth. Francisco did an outstanding job! I totally recommend his services. Don't waste your time and money with those companies that you see on the television commercials. Call Francisco and tell him Martin (mar-Teen) recommends him. read more

Very nice people with a reasonable price. Took them approximately an hour to vacuum and shampoo my stairs and downstairs bedroom. Service was quick I sent out messages to everyone on yelp around 5pm which is closing times for most of the business but they replied instantly and were able to schedule me for the next day. read more

They definitely took care of the rental property I just started renting. I mean the carpets were an absolute mess which in turn made the house smell. Once they came, did their thing, and left the house looked and smelled completely new. A week later and my carpets are still looking great. He came out personally and did a great job cleaning the rooms! He was professional, quick and left no mess. First I sent message for quote through yelp, owner asked for phone number to call and speak with me, waited 2 days never heard back, I gave it another chance and called him myself, said he would call me Monday morning to come by, 2pm came by and no call so I decided to call myself again, owner answered and at first acted like he had no idea he had someone scheduled, then said my address and started saying I spoke with your wife, my wife never spoke with him, then he tells me he is in the middle of a job and he will call me back, wasted my day, I didn't know I had to beg someone for my business. Francisco and Kimberly are very kind and professional. I have used their services 2 times now and thankfully they have been able to accommodate me with same day appointments! If you are a busy parent, you know how invaluable this is!! They removed dirty spots from my carpet and made it look so fresh and clean. Service was quick and because of the method they use for cleaning, the carpet is NEVER soaking wet, it dries very quickly. For pet messes, they used a special enzyme which kills the bacteria off of the carpet and continues to work for the next 15 days (in case pet soils it again). Thank you High Desert Carpet Cleaning for giving me a spot in your busy schedule to accommodate my needs and making my carpet so clean! read more

Kim & Francisco were prompt, well groomed, spoke perfect English and did a fantastic job on some very dirty carpet! Removed the dark spots where the dog lays, got rid of all of the spots and even cleaned a homemade 7x7' throw rug with a very deep nap! What an amazing job they did!! I had extremely stinky carpets with lots of cat urine and hair left from tenants. Francisco and Kimberly were able to give me a quote right away and felt confident they could treat it with injection and spray. It worked fabulously! BUT, what I liked just as much was they answered a bunch of questions I had and always responded to my texts and emails!! Thank you! I will definitely call them again. read more

With the roll of the dice and researched reviews I contacted them. I wasn't sure they would schedule me under a 24 hour notice but they did. The team did an efficient, thorough and clean job. Friendly, clean and approachable team. Only took 2 hours to dry. Pricing was reasonable and was exactly what they quoted. They got all the stains out except one which was very understandable. This carpet was so dirty. My dad used an old vacuum cleaner which hardly picked up anything in the 20 years he lived in this desert home. Lots of tiny rocks, sand and dirt deep in the carpet and High Desert Carpet Cleaning got it all out, ALL!!! The outcome was that this carpet came out looking like brand new. I highly recommend them! read more
