I called a handful of companies seeing who I could get to come out on little notice. Most said they could come in 2 days. I called A Step Above and they told me they had opening the following week. When I explained I needed them done quicker she tried real hard to see if she could make it happen. She placed me on hold and came back with " we can be there tomorrow at 7am". DONE! Bill showed up at 7am and cleaned my carpets super quick. They look great and smell great. I will definitely use them from now on. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice!

You would think my carpets were brand new after owning them for 26 years. The house smells fresh and clean. Hayden(sp) did incredible and we are so grateful. Mr. Francis handled our intake and was wonderful, helpful and so informative. We are so happy that we made the decision to clean the carpets instead of ripping them out and replacing. I know we'll probably get another good 4-5 years out of these carpets before we have to make the decision again. Thank you A clean pro for making us extremely happy with the decision to clean the carpet carpets, for having affordable pricing, especially in an economy as rough as it is today. The pictures I'm posting do not reflect how wonderful they actually look in person. I should have taken before photos, so the true comparison could be compared. They were very spotty and dark since we do have pets that have snuck into the bedrooms and done their little things. You would never know at this point . The only thing I regret is not doing the carpets sooner. Highly recommend this company.

The appointment was confirmed, but unfortunately, no one showed up and I was not given any notice or explanation. I had arranged my day around this appointment and even had my children waiting as well, so it was very frustrating to spend the entire day waiting for someone who never arrived. I understand that things can come up, but I believe customers should be contacted if an appointment cannot be kept.
