She hadn't done anything she is being paid for and when I brought to her attention this chaos, she blamed everything on workers stating they are not careful and don't clean good unless she's on top of their head. She didn't accept any responsibility and simply shrugged it off. I even gave her a chance to come back and clean the house so she wouldn't get fired, but she said she would rather get fired than come back and clean our house and keep a customer happy. AVOID!!!!!!

She claimed to do the job in about 3 hours w/her husband. After she was done, I found food still spattered on the walls and cupboards, dust balls and broken glass still on the floor, cobwebs still around the windows, dead bugs in the fixtures, etc. I took photos. It was obvious she did not clean. I asked her to come clean what she had "missed". She refused to come back. In the face of a ton of evidence, she maintained she had done a good job. She played semantics with whether she agreed to clean vs. wipe vs. wash vs. scrub, etc. those surfaces. I would not recommend hiring her to clean anything...not commercial, not residential not my dog! I have no idea why she didn't do the work and why she was so unprofessional about resolving the issues. Very strange.
