The shop is clean and parking is always easy. The owner Jenny, is extremely friendly, nice, and funny. She always does the best job on my super long acrylic nails! Anything I request, she can do. She's quick at what she does, and very detail oriented and always takes the extra step to make sure your nails are perfect. I love her nail shaping and designs. She never disappoints! Not to mention, the prices are always reasonable. And they always give you snacks and drinks, which is very rare for any salon. The other women usually does my pedicures as well, and they do a great job too! I even brought my boyfriend here for his first pedicure and he loved it! They are always able to get me in any day at last minute notice and I highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs!

I've been to many nail salons (you can click on my profile and see all my positive reviews) but this place has to be the worst one yet. The beautiful natural nails I grew out are completely ruined. The moment I sat down, I had a bad feeling. It took them 1 hr to remove acrylics and they drilled my nail bed so badly that they were thin. Then, they cut down my natural nails all the way to the flesh. They continued to use harsh drills on my nails where I repeatedly had to pull away to avoid getting cut or burnt. All my nails were unevenly filed. I've also never had a nail salon apply the color gel without the base coat which explains why all my nails are so bumpy and uneven. Im so sad at the poor state of my nails. I'll have to wait another 6 months to recover my nails. I still tipped 20% for the $55 acrylic full set but I think people should reconsider coming here.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this salon, particularly…read morewith Jenny. I received a gift certificate and decided to use it before an upcoming vacation. After reading positive reviews about Jenny, I booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure with her. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Jenny was unfriendly and seemed irritated throughout the appointment. I specifically requested that my cuticles not be cut, yet she repeatedly cut and filed them with a drill, causing discomfort despite my repeated requests to be more careful. I also had difficulty with the nail color selection. I chose a warm orange shade, but the color applied was a bright orange. When I pointed out the difference and asked for help finding a similar warm shade, Jenny appeared frustrated and told me to choose another color myself. Since the display colors did not accurately match the actual polish colors, this was difficult. Eventually, she suggested a darker red shade, which I accepted simply to move forward. Although she repeatedly assured me that she would "take care of me," the service did not reflect that. I even requested that someone else perform my pedicure, but she insisted on doing it herself. Once again, my cuticles were cut too closely. While I do not get my nails done often, I have had much better experiences elsewhere. Basic services such as properly cleaning the hands and feet, filing rough heels, and applying lotion seemed rushed or overlooked. Overall, the service felt minimal and far below what I expected from a salon called Luxury Nails. Sadly, this experience left me disappointed and unlikely to return.

But after having my pedicure done by Dee, I definitely feel like I'll be coming back for my nails again. Great technique, very professional, and just the right amount of conversation. Highly recommend Dee!

The owner is genuinely kind and treats customers more like friends than clients. One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn't do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Honestly, most places would probably charge for that, but they helped me and didn't charge me anything. I ended up giving a $5 tip (I hope it's enough ) because I appreciated the kindness so much -- and at that point I had only visited the salon once before. After that experience, I stopped going anywhere else. Every time I come in, they are patient and never make me feel rushed, even though I can be very picky about choosing different colors for each nail. Other salons often act annoyed or charge extra for everything: more colors, dip, French tip... suddenly everything becomes "$5 more." Here, the pricing feels fair and the service feels genuine. Love this place and highly recommend it!!
