Pretty Essie polish for fall!
Olivia B.

Had a wonderful first visit here and already can't wait to return! Ann provided exceptional, friendly service. Making sure I was comfortable, providing me with a bottle of water, and making sure I was happy with everything. I chose a hot stone pedicure and a regular manicure. The massage was extensive and awesome, which can be hard to find! The interior was nice and new, clean, and all the chairs (both pedicure and manicure chairs) were in great condition. Two things that could be improved: 1-I wish there had been a larger selection of OPI and Essie polishes; 2-typically at other salons when you get a mani/pedi together, they knock $5 off the price of the services together. They didn't do that here.

Not clean utensils!!!

The worst nail salon. I asked for polish change and a regular pedicure, polish change was nice. I mean how can you mess up a polish change? As for the pedicure.... disgusting. She cut like half of my toenail. I like short but not TOO short like she did my toenail. She was so rough and was messy when applying the polish. The utensils... they are NOT clean. She took the utensils she used on me washed in the bathroom, put them in the UV ray thing and 5 minutes later took it out and used it on someone getting a manicure. That's not sanitary at all.

Well I usually don't like to review if it's negative and I delay to think about it. But I'm disappointed in my medi-pedi. The price was okay but my nails both toes and hands turned out very poor. I have sharpness on both, the medi wasn't done right, example polish on the tips weren't done, causing the polish to start coming off less than a week. My cuticles were really done poorly. My toenails when I got home same day had to be buffed down because they were like knifes. My regret was a gave a 20$ tip on a 57$ service because my kids are in the service industry and I know tips are important.

This place was great! I came in here without an appointment to have an old gel manicure removed and have my nails painted with regular polish. The service was so quick! They started soaking off my nails and had them fully painted and dried in 30 min. Nancy did a thorough job. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Loved my experience at Best Nails! It was my first time there and my mother and I are VERY happy with our results!

Since my first review, I have become a regular monthly "patient". For someone with blotchy skin…read moretone, high sensitivity and constant outbreaks of any sorts, this monthly regimen has done an almost-180 to my complexion. No pills. Just methodical maintenance. At first, I was skeptical due to unsuccessful treatments by other aestheticians. Now, I'm a believer, and even make the almost 30-minute drive to Campton Hills for my monthly treat. I don't spend my money on mani/pedi, or massages. But I will not hesitate to treat the health of my skin right. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For many who frequent an aesthetician, it is usually either because they have "problem skin" they cannot resolve themselves or they are maintaining their skin. I had gone through aestheticians in other salons, spas and used Elemis at Nordstrom. Neither past experiences left me with much confidence after repeat visits. The aestheticians ignored my history of sensitivity, and introduced lots of products with fragrance that irritated my skin, or products that chemically burned my skin. When I visited Lynda on a sales consultation, I noticed her style set her apart from the other aestheticians. For one, she listened and gave her professional opinion on how to treat it. Secondly, her spa is clean, smells clean and is inviting. Thirdly, she's personable, not clinical and distant. I thought I'd give facial another shot. In my first visit, Lynda took time to explain the products before she introduced them to my skin. Not one stung or left me with the uneasiness I had smelt or felt like in my past facials. Her diagnosis of my trouble skin was spot on as she was able to discern my daily habits from the signs of acne and likes. Have her explain what a "computer chin" is. ;) Furthermore, if you happen to have a breakout on an important day, Lynda has the right tool to zap it away. The best part was the massage. From the shoulders to my neck and face, I was well pampered. And it continued on to my arms and tired fingers that had been pounding the keyboard for weeks leading to this relaxing treat. While I first came to her to treat my troubled skin, I am now returning for maintenance. Few of us have the proper equipment and expertise to give our skin the thorough care it deserves. The rate is reasonable and it'll be the best money you could spend once a month for this deep cleansing. Location: The spa is on the 2nd level of a professional office building in the Campton Hills shopping area off LaFox Rd.

Going thru chemo, my skin was suffering from breakouts and dullness. Lynda has training for chemo patients and the experience and results for me have been great! I really appreciate their services, training and welcoming attitude of everyone. It always gives me a lift after my facial!
