Ivy, I believe the owner (or the manager?) immediately said ask for TT when I came in. TT gave me one of the best pedis I've had. She had a small tool which helps get to the edges of the nail where pain happens over time and did a gentle and very thorough job on all my nails. She was easy to talk to and understanding as well. But it got busy so the guy who started my pedicure had to leave and get the other guest going. I didn't mind since I was in the salon for a total of 1 hour and ten minutes. The girl was meticulous and I loved the massage at the end. My nails are a bit short right now, but I'm happy with my service. Total was $75 for a gel manicure and gel pedi before tip. After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. I felt like the application had been rushed at the other place I had initially gotten the gel x applied, so I decided to try out Kim's instead. And I'm very happy I did. Annie did my nails and took great care in looking at my detailed design idea, asking me what colors I wanted and checking in multiple times to ask if I liked it. My manicure and pedicure are still perfectly intact 3 weeks later. I will say, I would probably give 4.5 stars if I could, just because the pedicure took a long time as the girl doing it was on phone calls/FaceTimes the whole time and kept texting on her phone. That was strange to me, but the gel pedicure has lasted much longer than at the previous place I went to so I'm happy about that.
