This company provided exceptional service after our gate was damaged in the accident last week…read more We really appreciated their quick response in sending Tyler out first thing the next morning to assess the situation. Even more, we were grateful that Shane, the owner, took time out of his incredibly busy schedule to come out personally. Knowing that he has been carrying so much of the workload yourself while his right-hand man recovers from his broken kneecap made his willingness to help us all the more meaningful. Watching him carefully inspect and adjust the hydraulics, posts, hinges, control box, and remotes until he was completely satisfied that everything was operating properly reminded us why we chose this company in the first place. Their knowledge, craftsmanship, integrity, and commitment to their customers are truly exceptional. We thank them for standing behind their work and for treating us so well. We will continue to recommend this company without hesitation to anyone looking for a first-class gate company.

Shane is direct and clear about sizing up the concept, timeline, the vision of the project, and the costs. He listened to what I wanted and produced exactly that, on time, for the cost agreed upon. I had a tight space and challenges to work with and he overcame any obstacles to produce an amazing finished product. Shane is a rare breed of professional, highly intelligent, creative, with a clear vision of how to do things at the highest level of quality. He does what he says and is a man of his word. His communication during the entire project was excellent and his crew were hard working and skilled. My gate is incredible!

There is a lot of water on my property that the masticator wasn't able to ger into, but they did other projects and hauling to make up for what they could not get into. The operator of the masticator was far from lazy and the people that worked on our property were all busting their rears to clear and haul away 10 to 30 years of debris. We had an good and extremely fair business experience. The first picture and the last picture are taken very close to each other.

Unfortunately, Fair Oaks is out of his area - but, he was very familiar with Blue Star stoves and gave me great tips on what was probably wrong and the solution. The factory part was amazingly expensive and not only did he suggest a different solution - he even gave me the part number. Other places I contacted never offered that much help. Topping it off- he didn't make any money from our contact and still took the time to offer his help..

We were dealing with a leak at our fireplace chase and cap, and unlike the other companies we contacted, Michael actually went up on our two-story roof to assess the issue firsthand. Others didn't even bother to get on the roof. He thoroughly checked our cap and flashing, confirmed what was in good shape, and clearly explained what was needed to be fixed. We also had an added complication--our solar panels run right to the edge of the fireplace. Several companies refused to even consider the job unless we removed multiple panels (and none had even gone on the roof to look). Michael said it wasn't a problem, brought out scaffolding, and handled the job safely without requiring any panel removal. Within a week, he had a new chase manufactured and professionally installed. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall service were outstanding. If you want someone who truly knows their trade, offers fair pricing, communicates every step of the way, and shows up when he says he will, Michael is your guy. Highly recommend America's Chimney Sweep.

Just had a great experience with a business and want to share…read more We had the misfortune of having our leach line fail. This happened on a Sat. Of course we didn't know it was our leach line at the time. Ended up calling John's Rooter mid morning. He said he couldn't be here until around 5 P.M. We were just glad he could come that day. He got here when he said and told us he thought it was our leach line and not our septic. These are not words you want to hear. I mean, we are thinking $30,000 at a minimum and he agrees that is about where a NEW leach line starts, but he thinks he can clean it. I've never heard of that, but if he can we'll save around $20,000. And that is just what he did. He got a pumper here on SUN. yes SUN. to pump our septic. He was ready to go to work and it took him just 3 days to finish digging out what he needed and install 3 clean out ports and clean our lines. So just a heads up! Most companies won't tell you the line can be cleaned. It doesn't make them as much $$$$. Our man said that in all the many years he's been in business, he's only had 2 that couldn't be cleaned. It's still expensive, but not near what we thought we were looking at. If you need help, CALL JOHN!!! He's only 7 miles from Sutter. John & his son Jr. are wonderful to work with. They explained everything and showed us exactly what they were doing.
