I go here often to do my comforters and blankets. Today is march 11th. I came in here this morning and noticed they RAISED their prices! The standard load washer was 2.50 and now it is 3.00! They were already pricey but i am not going to spend 3 bucks for a clothes washer that is meant for towels and clothes. I am not sure if they raised the prices on the big load machines. The dryers are still a quarter for 7 minutes ( you will need at least 3 quarters for a light load). Very disapppinted. Just want people to know they raised their prices! read more

This place needs some major attention and has really went downhill . A lot of the washing machines were broken or out of service and some working ones Leaking water. The floor was filthy. There was Moldy seals and grimy soap dispensers. Everything seems to be falling apart. I hope the owner addresses these issues because they will loose a lot of customers if not. read more

ok, so the first machine as you walk in did not spin and drain my clothes. water went everywhere and no answer from the owner. reading the comments, I guess this has happened to the same machine before. card readers work sometimes, machines are always broken, Alice was a good person to have there and she is gone. check it out. I know the business model for a laudromat....take a big chunk of that profit and rebuild and replace your broken equipment ! even your atm is finicky on how to put the card in. there are so many cameras on the place, YOU HAVE TO BE SEEING THIS HAPPENING! Not ever going back to this place. you can't boast the largest machines and debit card access if it doesn't work. Fix all of it. if you cannot get parts, remove and replace...pretty simple. unfortunately a lot of folks have to go here due to its location...so the owners know they have you by the you know what's read more

It's fine, good prices, fairly clean. Just make sure you don't use the machine directly after the restaurant floor mat and towel rental people have ran their greasy mats and towels through. Your clothes will come out covered in tiny bits of food and grease. But other then that, best laundromat around read more

Always loved coming here, for many years. Today a lot of machines broken including a big boy machine I used, which didn't spin after the rinse, leaving a sodden mess and a flood on the floor. Two phone calls produced no live person. lvm. Been here for several hours trying to dry out the sodden mess and no one has shown up. The another ate money before I realized the door was broken. Still waiting for my refund (machine reset the amount of money I had put in from $3.50 to $1 after I had put in $3.50) that Steve or whoever owns this place assured me was being "sent in the mail" after I had to call him several times back in September. Additionally, the place itself is gross and neglected. Machines are never cleaned as is evident by the mold growing in several washers. There is a sink with no hand soap or paper towels. The handwritten sign next to the hand sanitizer stated something to the effect of "hand sanitizer is expensive so don't abuse it or it will be taken away". Ridiculous and disconcerting that a business owner refuses to pay someone to stay on site, refuses to answer or return phone calls, refuses to address customer complaints (it involves filling out a piece of paper and dropping it into a box that's never been touched or emptied), and is ok with outright lying to customers about refunding money when confronted. Even after willfully taking peoples money with no intentions of ever trying to returning it, to then post up signs talking to paying customers like incapable monkeys is a slap in the face. This dude's business practices should be looked over by some professional entity because nothing about this seems legit to me. read more

The older woman working the night shift is extremely rude and unpleasant. I wasn't satisfied with the laundromat I had been going to so I came here to give this one a try. There were still 25 minutes until closing, I was just needing to throw in few items for 10 minutes, because the laundromat I had come from has awful dryers and my things were barley damp. The woman was coming off as if she was going to refuse service to me, mind you there were other customers still in there, 4 dryers that still were full with clothes. She rolled her eyes at me and had said some sort of ridiculous remark at me and was coping an attitude because she needed to mop. While waiting for my clothes I looked at the prices on the machines that were a couple feet away from the dryer I was using and she says to me "you better not have just walked on the wet floor" extremely rude and condescending as if I was a moron. It was out of line and uncalled for. I in fact didn't walk on any wet floor, I was making sure to stay out of her way so she wouldn't have any reason to be hostile towards me, but she still made sure to find a way to upset with me. It was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I got my belongings and was out of there before 11:00 pm, as I walked past her I told her thank you and have a good night, just being pleasant even though she was anything but that, she literally didn't say anything, gave me stink eye and then glared at me while I walked out. Update: after 40 minutes I did get a call from the owner or manager. He was rude and belligerent with me and will not give me my money back. Definitely stay away from this place! Understaffed, malfunctioning equipment, and no understanding of customer service. A machine here and just stole four dollars from me. I called the assistance line and left a voicemail. I also sent a text and an email asking for some help. Apparently they can reimburse you over the phone. But I have not received a callback. I would stay away from this place. read more

A few days ago I was doing my laundry and working on some stuff. When I finished my laundry I absentmindedly left my laptop at the laundromat like a big dummy. The next day when I realized it was missing I immediately got in touch with the staff there. My laptop was no where to be found. I got a hold of the laundromat owner, Steve, to see if we could take a look at the surveillance footage. Steve happens to be ex redwood city PD and has a state of the art security system. I met him in his office and together we reviewed the security footage for what must have been 2 hours. He was happy to spend however long it took to get to the bottom of it. Plain as day on Steve's hi def security cameras you can see my goofy white ass walk right out of the laundromat and leave my backpack behind with my laptop in it distracted by my weekly and always engaging phone conversation with my mom. A few hours later the footage shows a woman go through my backpack. She then leaves only to come back 10 minutes later on a mission, grab my bag, interrupt her mission to stop and buy a coffee from the coffee machine, bag still in hand, and walk right out the front door clinching my precious bag with my laptop inside. It was infuriating to watch for both Steve and myself. This woman didnt even do laundry. It appeared that she was just stopping in on the off chance that some skinny dumbass left their laptop there as a late xmas present to her. She then hid the laptop somewhere and came back to the laundromat after closing time to ask the closing staff if they might by chance call her a cab so that she could get home. The cab pulls up and off she goes Steve downloaded all of the relevant footage to a disc drive and we called the grass valley PD. Shortly thereafter a young man named Brian with grass valley PD arrived at the laundromat. Steve and I recant the story to him and give him the disc with the relevant footage. He promises to do his best to bring this laptop thief to justice and recover my stolen property. Last night I received a phone call from Grass valley PD. They had apprehended the suspect and recovered my laptop. I went by the station today and sure enough they handed me my long lost laptop. Oh what a joyous moment! Hi I was in the gold run laundry mat last night I put my blankets in the first washer as you walk in the door it's a huge washer I normally go to the grassvalley laundry mat but I needed a big washer. So got my clothes in soap ect.. slid my credit card and it said nothing so did it 2 more times and it approved my card 3 times apparently but the washer did start so I got the attendant she used her card and said well it's not working you will have to use coins and she walked away.I put in coins and it still didn't work she came back and told me to use another machine .so a total of 27 dollars at this machine i put in I asked for a refund and she said to me call your band and tell them it was a card error and hopefully they will credit your card. I will never go there again nor recommend this place Bad customer service read more

What a nice way to start the year. Not only were they open on New Years Day, the owner? bought me a cappuccino from their very own vending machine. Now a soda machine! This place is one of the best laundry facilities I've used. My machines are always clean, quick and the dryers are hot. In addition, the floors are clean and the overall facility is very clean. The change machine worked and they have credit card use on the machine. A very satisfied customer. read more

Alice is a sweetheart, hardworking sober kind person....so I know she is not the reason about 6 or so pair of my bloomers underwear were stolen off her folding table as she did my laundry....two women went back the next day after I dropped off my clothes and did this to she and I because they seemed really pissed off at my needing one of them to hold the door for me when I brought my stuff in. Her little boy in diapers was so cute and had awesome toddler back up skills but I kept going very slow so he would not fall backwards. Obviously a secure child because he couldn't see his mom behind me and he did not a fuss , he simply saw a strange lady and started to back up like a little gentleman so sweet. Well mom must have thought I was rude for needing her help with the door and went gossiping to her friend insideWHO MADE IT VERY CLEAR BY THE UGLY AND LONG GLAIR AT ME id done a big no no.....WTH is it with young people like this...... the baby did not fall , I did not force her to hold the door, very sad because you see I had a huge load of stuff . I have to keep my dirty clothes in garbage cans outside my RV. Why would they be offended by my huge amount of wash. Anyway I want to invite those two women back to the laundry mat so they can apologies to Alice ! no skin off my nose and ladies you stole not from me bet the American Soldier I was married to who just died.....you stole from him. Anyway the washers are much taller than the folding tables which makes it easy to have stuff stolen off of them when people crouch down to the machines. I could tell Alice was concerned about them because she told me exactly where they were in the bags when I picked them up.My panties are not in a bunch and I still have my friend Alice. Not only do they have big washers and dryers, they also have TV vending machines and plenty of parking. They also have beautiful paintings on the walls of gold miners and it is extremely clean. I had the pleasure of meeting both owners recently, and they were wonderful people. I went in there with my son and 6 bags of laundry, they open the door for me kama asked me how I was doing, and offered to help me. I understand that this may not be an everyday occurrence, but it was really nice. They recently expanded putting in more machines and this was really great too because they have more counter space. read more

OH MY GOODNESS I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. This place first of all is always dirty. The owner STEVE IS A POS!!! Told him about my 15 not being refunded in my account and the "business man" couldn't even let me finish a sentence and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I also asked him to but a note on the washers where you swipe your card because YOU WOULD HAVE NO IDEA YOU GET CHARGED 20 BUCKS until later. As I was telling him about this he told me I should have used coins instead.... he refuses to put up a note. And the white lady is something else towards the end of the night. She literally cussed me out one time!!! SHE DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE. she does the folding business which is supposedly separate. I will never step foot in this facility again! The amount of disrespect I received from the pathetic owner who sounded like he got done smoking a giant bowl of meth! F*** you Steve.
