We live in Anna, TX, work in McKinney and drive to Allen just so our daughter can attend here! THAT IS HOW MUCH WE LOOOOVE THIS LOCATION!!! Even when COVID hit, Shannan, Andrew and their staff have done an amazing job at keeping things as normal as possible all while implementing guidelines and policies that have truly made us feel so safe when entering the building, and leaving our daughter in their care. As new parents, we were terrified of what the overall outcome would be with COVID, but we are so impressed with their approach in it all!!! In the rules of volleyball you cannot touch the net or go under the net. A player on CDA went under the net completely onto the other side of the court and this could have been a huge danger to the other team. She is lucky that she didn't hurt herself or anyone on the other team. This school is teaching UNSAFE sportsmanship and it needs to be shared.

It was clean, well functioning, and the workers were very sweet, friendly, and helpful, even if they didn't particularly like a parent or parents. I was in here and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in months, the walls with the faux chalkboard wallpaper looks tacky as hell, the kids have to wash their hands in the sink in the classroom because for some reason they are not allowed to use the sink and wall hand dryer in the bathroom, the director's office is horrendously cluttered and she can barely move around, and most of the time there is NOBODY up front to let people in so one ends up waiting at least 5 minutes when one arrives to this day care, unless it's one of the many times they leave the door WIDE OPEN for everyone and their dog to enter. The one class I was most impressed with was Pre-K and the little old lady who used to be a kindergarten teacher who is the Pre-K teacher. Don't get me started on the playground and how one dimensional it is, and that goes for all 3. This place could be pretty awesome and has the potential to win all kinds of awards, but not as long as there are teachers yelling and swearing at or around the little kids, and coworkers arguing in front of the kids. As many of you would agree, a day care is no place for all that and grown women should be able to be professional and check all those personal feelings at the door when they walk in in the morning. Brandy (the director) gave me a tour and I was so impressed by the schedule they had in place for toddlers and the safety measures they take to keep sickness to a minimum there! The school is safe. You have to be buzzed in. The outdoor area has good security as well. Nora's teachers are so sweet. I went through a struggle when we were at our other center worrying about her everyday. I don't have to worry about her here which allows me to be much more effective at work. I know when we drop her off here she's safe and in good hands. Nora is so excited to see her teachers everyday and has really thrived on their schedule. She claps when we pull in the parking lot. She has learned a lot and you can tell she's engaged throughout the day. She gets her work sent home with pictures at the end of every week. It's so nice seeing all of her art work and activities. She's so proud of her work! If you're looking for a new center, I highly recommend giving them a tour! Justine and the front desk staff are always nice and accommodating with all questions. We are so grateful we found a good place for Nora to land!

We jumped at the chance to get her back into a KRK and we were immediately happier. I LOVE the glass walls and that they use gloves when changing the children and was ready to sign my daughter up that day. All seemed to be moving well and they we're checking on space, but as soon as I mentioned I was on the Childcare Assistance Program (which they are a part of) everything came to a complete halt. They brushed me off and said oh call us back, which I did, I was determined to get my daughter in and called multiple times to only get the run around with voicemails and saying the manager wasn't available. She finally called me back as she saw I wasn't going to let up and said my daughter would be placed on the waitlist and received an email. I haven't heard anything since. Online I saw someone was on the waitlist for 2 years, and if that is the case an update would be appreciated. This seems like clear discrimination through a program that THEY decided to be part of. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha's words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.

They invest time and effort in training new teachers the right way. They have a talented team of veteran teachers. Quality of food, crafts, extracurriculars have all been amazing. We look forward to all the special guests and events. There is a true sense of community and compassion for their families. Staff are all happy and friendly. We will miss them so much! Mrs. Kirstin, Mrs. Terrye and Ms. Kelly have prepared my son for Kindergarten. We were worried he'd have some fine motor obstacles to overcome in public school, and he's already tackled most of them!
