Always having a good time! They have a great app that updates me through the day on how much she is eating and drinking as well as pictures of fun and cute activities. It's always clean and I appreciate the security cameras, footage, observation window, and key pad at the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's at an affordable price! It was a big decision to trust our daughters care to others but we have been really happy with our decision.

The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. Lovedale Montessori Academy will quickly check off all the boxes for your needs/qualifications when searching for the right childcare for your son/daughter. When our son was just 2 months old, and having spent one month in the NICU, the thought of leaving him with strangers was defeating. A friend recommended Lovedale Montessori, so we scheduled a meeting with the Director, Mrs. Heena. Upon entering the building, the layers of security - multiple doors, fingerprint access, locks, cameras - were immediately reassuring. The facility looked modern and impeccably clean. Mrs. Heena, with a huge smile, addressed all our concerns during our 2-hour conversation, providing ample proof as we toured the classes. Lovedale uses an app for parent communication, offering updates on diaper changes, meals, naps, and my favorite - photos! What I can't stress enough is the genuine love the teachers have for the children. Our sons teachers have become an extension of our family. This love extends to every staff member, who knows each child by name and takes the time to show care. Lovedale is more than a Montessori Academy; it's a safe haven for our children. Parents can rest assured that their child is cared for according to their own standards. His teachers were fantastic (Ms. Trisa and Ms. Briana); so caring and attentive. He loved going to school every day to see them and play with his friends. They posted several daily photos so my husband and I could see what he did all day and "check-in" on him. The front office was friendly and communicative. We sadly had to withdraw him since we moved out of the area and even though we're at a different Primrose, it doesn't hold a candle to Primrose West Plano (so far). We miss it so much!

I LOVE the glass walls and that they use gloves when changing the children and was ready to sign my daughter up that day. All seemed to be moving well and they we're checking on space, but as soon as I mentioned I was on the Childcare Assistance Program (which they are a part of) everything came to a complete halt. They brushed me off and said oh call us back, which I did, I was determined to get my daughter in and called multiple times to only get the run around with voicemails and saying the manager wasn't available. She finally called me back as she saw I wasn't going to let up and said my daughter would be placed on the waitlist and received an email. I haven't heard anything since. Online I saw someone was on the waitlist for 2 years, and if that is the case an update would be appreciated. This seems like clear discrimination through a program that THEY decided to be part of.
