They treat them like their own and are SO excited to see them every day! My daughter has been at Primrose of West Allen since 12 weeks old, she's now 5 months, and I cannot express how much this first time mama appreciates each person here. It makes it SO much easier leaving her with Ms. Martha and Ms. Vicki knowing they love her like their own! She is "their baby girl"! We live in Anna, TX, work in McKinney and drive to Allen just so our daughter can attend here! THAT IS HOW MUCH WE LOOOOVE THIS LOCATION!!! Even when COVID hit, Shannan, Andrew and their staff have done an amazing job at keeping things as normal as possible all while implementing guidelines and policies that have truly made us feel so safe when entering the building, and leaving our daughter in their care. As new parents, we were terrified of what the overall outcome would be with COVID, but we are so impressed with their approach in it all!!! She has progressed and thrived more than I could ever imagine. We owe so much gratitude to these women and this staff. If you are reading this.. PLEASE know I normally don't review places, but I absolutely stand by this school and this staff and couldn't encourage you enough to invest in your child's growth with this school. WE LOVE YOU PRIMROSE OF WEST ALLEN!!!!!

When I asked them for a recommendation they suggested Playday. So it went on the list of places to go visit. I of course started my search at the closest one to my house but when I went to visit Playday I just got this great feeling. I sat and did all of my normal pros and cons list and I on every line I ended up choosing Playday. Here is what originally drove me there: how sweet the staff was on my tour, the price is less than the surrounding similar schools, the car pool lane pick up (I had a new born I didn't want to be bringing in when it was raining or if he was napping) and then best part? They are the ONLY preschool in the area that I've found that makes up a missed Monday holiday on that Friday. So if your kids miss for Presidents day they go to school on Friday that week. This is so awesome because every other school just charges you the same amount of money and gives you less days. Since we've been there I've fell even more in love with it. The staff really cares and my kids and I have both made a ton of friends. I'm shocked at the number of families there from the catholic church and that we have friends in our class that will go to Kerr with us for kindergarten. It really has been the absolute best choice we've made for our family!

It amazes me how all of the teachers know almost all of the kids' names even if they aren't near their classroom. The director truly cares about each child, parent and family. We have always been treated as if we were the most important family in the world when we speak with the director. The school is not only about learning, but about having fun and learning about Jesus at the same time. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the school and staff.

My…read moreBIGGEST CONCERN is that as a mother I don't believe a man changing a 2 year old girl diaper is acceptable especially without communicating with the parents. I have spoken with some parents and have came in conclusion that we were manipulated because initially we were told he was the music teacher and months later he transitioned into changing little girls diapers secretly. This has been a traumatic situation on all aspects. For me personally, I teach my daughter that no man should be down there meanwhile unknowingly a man has been changing her diaper in which her DAD doesn't even do... not to mention...The Director/ staff failed to notify the parents such as myself of these changes and under no circumstances should it be tolerated despite their lack of staff or excuses. Although this school is under investigation, this review is to shed light where there is darkness. Please don't take this review as a angry parent venting but rather take it from a safety perspective. This school gets new staff often but do not teach the staff to verify the parent before handing off children, my husband has had the wrong child brought to his vehicle and have addressed the importance of verifying parents before giving away children. If sanitation is a factor please understand that this school allows kids to share binkys (pacifiers) and bring them home. Although, some parents might be ok with their child sharing them I feel that it should be communicated. The lesson I learned from this was - Just because you are paying more doesn't mean you are getting the best. *Good luck .. please keep searching *

Also, not to forget the great food they serve. I will recommend it to anyone to everyone! Keep up the good work!

The entire team is such a wonderful group of people who have become like a second family to us. My son has developed such a strong bond with his teachers every year, that we even invite them to his birthday parties. We have felt embraced by a warm and caring community that makes every child feel valued and loved. Our son has thrived in this environment because the teachers are attentive and engaging. They have encouraged him to explore his creativity, develop new skills, and to be "kinder" ready! I feel heard by the administration at Kids 'R' Kids, and they make me feel like my concerns are their top priority. The support they provide extends not only to my child but also to the parents, which has been invaluable. This exceptional level of care is the reason I remain enrolled, even though we live 30 minutes away! Thank you to our directors: Stephanie, Loren, Emily and the entire Kids 'R' Kids team for being a safe, warm, fun, and educational place for our son to go to everyday!

Before we even went on our tour and met the teachers and directors, Stephanie was prompt and informative when responding to ALLL my questions. Then came the time to actually leave my 6 week old with the team and of course I was nervous. But after seeing how much love surrounded my daughter when I dropped her off, my husband and I are able to confidently go to work and know that our daughter is being cared for as if she was the daughter of each and every one of the team members. She is so happy when she gets there and when she leaves. As much as I don't want her to grow up and leave the classroom with Ms. Aida, Raaja, and Parachi- I know that as advances to the next classroom she will receive just as much TLC and great education from her next group of teachers. P.s. our daughter had her own art gallery at our home from all the artwork she does as part of her weekly lessons! We love it! This is the place for your kiddos. Hands down. There honestly aren't enough words that I can use to brag. Our family loves KrKWA.

We had a kitchen all to ourselves and the teacher's undivided attention at 5pm on a weeknight. . We started off by whisking an egg into a cup of flour. After much kneading, we each had our homemade pasta dough balls which we let rest. Then, we got started on the pasta sauce. We made both a white and red sauce. In between, we had sips of the rose we brought because they're BYOB! Once we got the sauce going, we rolled out our pasta and cut them into strips of fettuccine using a couple of pasta makers. Finally, we chopped up some fresh garlic for garlic bread. I've forgotten her name, but the teacher was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even taught us a cool trick to turn parmesan rinds into delicate crisps. We wrapped up the session by digging into our pasta dishes and snapping some photos to capture the moment! I can't wait to make my own pasta at home.
