It was a lengthy process in choosing her first school and we are very pleased to have chosen Primrose. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha's words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.

It is such a happy, safe, loving environment where you can see how much the teachers and staff care about the kiddos. Each room has a unique style and personality which seems to have matched with our children's personalities quite well. The school as a whole has been very supportive in every situation that has risen be it with potty training, pandemic response, separation anxiety, social concerns etc...The teachers we have love what they do and it shows. I'd say the same for the office manager and head of school. They are quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing we miss from our previous preschool is the private photo groups so we had a little more insight into the day. On the other hand at our previous school I saw teachers scrolling their phones multiple times with a class full of kids so I appreciate why that's not a priority here. Last year I felt a bit intimidated with the communication style but I think it has improved immensely since then. Academic wise we see a love of learning growing in our kids as well as increased confidence, independence, and pride in their accomplishments. I think it's safe to say everyone wants those things for their kids and I feel like their growth is really fostered here. It's great to see my kids to really hone in and focus on what interests them. All in all we are really excited to continue here, the kids love it and so do we.

Things went from good to worse depending on the behavior of the girl that would bully her and bully other students. The last time I talked about this to the school principal, she said that we needed to have "grace" for the girl that was a bully. After three years of this going on, that was the expectation. So my daughter could be bullied but the expectation for her was to have "grace" give the bully the "opportunity to learn from it". This knowing that other parents had complained about the same kid for several times. Now, she's at a school that holds the students accountable and has an actual policy against bullying and does not tolerate it.

Our four-year-old son was enrolled at Challenger School for less than 30 days before we were told,…read moreat 4:30 p.m. on a Friday, that he was no longer welcome. We were informed at enrollment that the school follows a three-strike policy for behavioral concerns. That policy was not followed. After one suspension and without any documented intervention plan, structured support, or reasonable adjustment period, we were asked to withdraw him. At four years old, children are still developing impulse control and self-regulation. If there were concerns about attention or impulsivity, we expected documented observations, a formal meeting, a written plan, and time to measure progress. None of that occurred. There was no behavior plan, no measurable goals, and no clear effort to support our child before removal became the solution. Most concerning was how these matters were handled. Conversations about our son's behavior were conducted by the campus director outside her office at the front desk, in a public area where families were entering and leaving. Sensitive discussions about a preschool-aged child should not take place in open, high-traffic spaces. We were told an "investigation" had occurred, yet no findings were ever shared. When we contacted the regional director to address our concerns, we received no response whatsoever. Financially, we were left with a $100 application fee, a $500 enrollment deposit, over $400 in required uniforms, a full first-month tuition payment, and an additional prorated tuition charge exceeding the standard monthly fee by more than $700. All of this for less than 30 days of attendance and no meaningful attempt at structured support. I will say that the two teachers in the 4's class were exceptional. They were warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to their students. Unfortunately, that is the only positive aspect of our experience. We enrolled in good faith expecting professionalism, consistency, and a developmentally appropriate environment. Instead, our preschool-aged child was removed without being given a fair opportunity to adjust. Families considering this school should ask detailed questions about how behavioral concerns are documented, how interventions are implemented, and how leadership handles sensitive matters. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this school.
