Highly recommend Milan and especially Martha for anyone looking for dependable, thorough, and professional cleaning services.

Millan's was the first to pick up the phone and were at the house withing a few hours of calling to provide a quote. Elena was a sweet lady. She came to my house and gave me a quote for a deep clean of $500. She…read morelooked through my house as does someone when they come over to give an estimate. The deep clean was for a new move in. I told her I wanted everything cleaned. I had a few things in the house that had to be moved, but nothing heavy. I had lots of dog hair and dusting to be done. I am a fairly reasonable person and still pretty nice considering the stars I am giving her. 1. She came late. It's fine it happens 2. They used most of my supplies to clean my house. She saw I had a full bottle of simple green and asked to use it. And paper towels. Is that Normal? She asked on arrival if I had a ladder.. I'm pretty much moving out so if I didn't have a ladder how would deep cleaning be done. As she walked out she used her handheld swifer to clean top of my frames in the hallway. Rag and water and maybe soap and a cleaner does the job. I found dust on the blinds. She mentioned that because she Cleaned the floors the dust got onto the blinds, so of course you could see it on the base boards. Well maybe I'm wrong or just too nice, but I expected it cleaner. My renters moved in and said the top shelves of the closets were not dusted and the laundry room was not very clean. The couch was not moved, but I couldn't expect her to do that. However I have colleagues say their house keepers clean all Day and move couches. They were only there from 8am-2pm. I'm sure they just did basic cleaning and felt like deep cleaning because there was a lot of dust and dog hair. On a positive note they focused well on bathrooms and cleaning the floor and the kitchen. My thing is they came to the house, checked it out . Gave me an estimate of 500. I specifically said deep clean, move out clean. I want everything clean. At the end, it looked better than what it was.

Bad service! Do not hire!…read more Irene herself is very nice but a push over at that when it pertains to her workers. I had paid $250 for a deep clean, which included a top to bottom clean. Top to bottom means everything from top to bottom is cleaned, ceiling fans, windows, cabinets, floors, etc. My home is fairly new and we tend to be pretty clean people. The services were needed as my work schedule limits me and I wanted someone whom could help me keep things tidy. I Initially hired her for once a month with the possibility of extending the services. Multiple missed areas. The window jams weren't cleaned filled with spider webs, parts of my furniture in my living room, kids rooms, hall cabinet and my bedroom dresser left with dust. The photo of the rag covered in dust was from me cleaning the missed areas. Irene offered to come back but with my work schedule who wants to be available to allow her to come back. I thought well I'll let it slide, but I'd want a discount or something should I decide to book again. I am very particular with whom I let into my home. I figured I would address my concerns and give her another shot. I didn't really want to find another person and start all over. I addressed the concerns with Irene she agreed to discount the next services. I agreed and I took the day off to be here when they arrived for the next service. I wanted to discuss my concerns in person so that I could understand what they need from me in order to obtain the level of service that one should obtain when hiring a housekeeper. You could tell she didn't want to hear it and said they do they best they can. Um so missing areas is the best you can do?! I thought well let me try to reword what I am saying. Nope, her workers started to make faces, even so that my 9 year old said mommy they were making faces when you were talking. About 5 minutes into the conversation Irene came out of the hall and said her workers didn't feel comfortable to work because they didn't feel they could work to my expectations. Forgive me but is it there job to make that decision or is it the owner of the business? To me a job that's not done correctly should be corrected and if a customer cannot address their concerns doesn't warrant good business to me. I explained this to Irene and she just shrugged her shoulders. Really?!? As they gathered their things I overheard the woman gossiping and making remarks about my mother. My mother typically is the one whom is home due to my work schedule. Totally unprofessional. Word of advice to this company, when you're in this type of business you sign up for customer service whether you like what the customer has to say or not. As many say, the customer is always right! I wasn't yelling at you nor did anyone threaten you, we were simply pointing out what was missed and what I wanted done. Hire workers that know how to work hard and who don't take short cuts. I work hard for my money and I want the job done right, knowing I agreed to pay her more than what other companies charge I was expecting good services, not half ass. Do yourself a favor hire someone who appreciates your business and who will do the job right the first time. Most of all hire someone who has workers who aren't disrespectful.
