I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. Such a disappointment. Unprofessional and shady on her part. It's a real shame we can't rely on them anymore.

Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating.
