Highly recommend Milan and especially Martha for anyone looking for dependable, thorough, and professional cleaning services.

Millan's was the first to pick up the phone and were at the house withing a few hours of calling to provide a quote. The value of service for the quoted price felt like a great deal, thank you for helping prep our home for the market!

Cheers to the new year in a CLEAN home!…read more I received a fairly priced estimate for a deep cleaning and scheduled an appt. What sold me was the cleaning checklist they provided which shows everything they clean for the cost. And, it's 2 ppl so cuts cleaning time. Martina and Kenya arrived ready for battle with everything they needed. They did an exceptional job cleaning my house in 2 1/2 hours. From the baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen (cabinets/stove/oven), everything looks great. They cleaned a lot & the house smells like it. Hoping to have them back to clean every other month. Great job!

They even brought in a ladder. We are four adults that work full time M-F. Weekends we are usually running errands and getting ready for the next work week. Keeping up with household chores is very difficult and it always ends up falling on one or two people. I am very pleased of my decision. It's Saturday, and my senior parents are able to sit down and enjoy breakfast together. My mom and brother were super excited about how they found the house and would send pictures of things. It was worth it. I will definitely be reaching out again.

Bad service! Do not hire!…read more Irene herself is very nice but a push over at that when it pertains to her workers. I had paid $250 for a deep clean, which included a top to bottom clean. Top to bottom means everything from top to bottom is cleaned, ceiling fans, windows, cabinets, floors, etc. My home is fairly new and we tend to be pretty clean people. The services were needed as my work schedule limits me and I wanted someone whom could help me keep things tidy. I Initially hired her for once a month with the possibility of extending the services. Multiple missed areas. The window jams weren't cleaned filled with spider webs, parts of my furniture in my living room, kids rooms, hall cabinet and my bedroom dresser left with dust. The photo of the rag covered in dust was from me cleaning the missed areas. Irene offered to come back but with my work schedule who wants to be available to allow her to come back. I thought well I'll let it slide, but I'd want a discount or something should I decide to book again. I am very particular with whom I let into my home. I figured I would address my concerns and give her another shot. I didn't really want to find another person and start all over. I addressed the concerns with Irene she agreed to discount the next services. I agreed and I took the day off to be here when they arrived for the next service. I wanted to discuss my concerns in person so that I could understand what they need from me in order to obtain the level of service that one should obtain when hiring a housekeeper. You could tell she didn't want to hear it and said they do they best they can. Um so missing areas is the best you can do?! I thought well let me try to reword what I am saying. Nope, her workers started to make faces, even so that my 9 year old said mommy they were making faces when you were talking. About 5 minutes into the conversation Irene came out of the hall and said her workers didn't feel comfortable to work because they didn't feel they could work to my expectations. Forgive me but is it there job to make that decision or is it the owner of the business? To me a job that's not done correctly should be corrected and if a customer cannot address their concerns doesn't warrant good business to me. I explained this to Irene and she just shrugged her shoulders. Really?!? As they gathered their things I overheard the woman gossiping and making remarks about my mother. My mother typically is the one whom is home due to my work schedule. Totally unprofessional. Word of advice to this company, when you're in this type of business you sign up for customer service whether you like what the customer has to say or not. As many say, the customer is always right! I wasn't yelling at you nor did anyone threaten you, we were simply pointing out what was missed and what I wanted done. Hire workers that know how to work hard and who don't take short cuts. I work hard for my money and I want the job done right, knowing I agreed to pay her more than what other companies charge I was expecting good services, not half ass. Do yourself a favor hire someone who appreciates your business and who will do the job right the first time. Most of all hire someone who has workers who aren't disrespectful.

After my husband's heart surgery in March and preparing for my daughter's graduation party, I was feeling completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything as a mom of three kids living at home, ages 15-21. I'm honestly the only one in the house who really notices or cares when the deep cleaning falls behind, so I knew I needed help. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and hire A & M Cleaning, and I'm so thankful I did. I knew my 2,800 sq ft home would require a true deep clean with two workers and expected it would probably take around 8-9 hours. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work upstairs. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush. They took the time a real deep cleaning requires and spent over six hours upstairs alone, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, my house probably needed two full days -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs --, but they were kind enough to stay and finish the job, working over 13 hours total. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean. I would much rather pay a little more for cleaners who truly take their time and understand what an actual deep cleaning entails, rather than rushing through the job. A & M worked incredibly hard, were respectful and thorough, and I will absolutely hire them again. I'll also be recommending them to my friends and family.
