I would love to write a good review for this service, but they didn't show up. The last message I received was "OK perfect we have you down for Tuesday, September 26 at 9am." I texted and called this morning when they didn't come, nothing. It is now 12:30 and no response. Luckily I was able to book another company that I can have come this week. There are other reviewers that listed this problem, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made sure I was very thorough in the booking. Christina is unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe the exchange I had with her this morning when they didn't show up for a confirmed 10am appointment. After sending multiple messages and asking her about the COVID compliance measures in place, I received no response. At about 10:40, she calls me directly to literally yell at me. When I picked up the phone, she started right away with an accusatory tone, blaming me for not understanding that I needed to wait for her to confirm the appointment - even after I received a message stating that it was confirmed. The message stated confirmed and even provided a button to Add to Calendar. She has an horrible temperament and attitude problem that cannot be fixed by reasoning with her. She yelled so loud I had to hang up the phone. It rattled my nerves. What a disappointment when all I wanted to do was support a small business in this economic climate. I am looking forward to inviting someone into my home who exhibits maturity, kindness, respect, appreciation for their customers and ready to deliver top notch service. I'm sure that there are others out there, just not Royal. And now she says that I harassed her. Please do not make a mistake contacting this business. She even lies in the response saying that I harassed her! Who does this? I wanted to give her business. She is completely unhinged. Please be warned not to contact her. I wasted so much time prepping the house and cleaners for her team. So disappointed. read more

I have used Royalty Janitorial Services for a few years now after going through a handful of cleaning companies. I have to say they do an excellent job. I have two kids, two cats, and a dog so they definitely have their work cut out for them when they come. : ) They are very flexible when I need to change days. I also feel comfortable with them being in my home while I am at work, as I have never had issues with anything missing - I cannot say the same for past companies, unfortunately. We've been getting our house cleaned by Royalty for about 6 months now at a frequency of every 2 weeks. Christina is very responsive via text and very attentive to our needs and our sometimes changing requirements. The housekeepers do a fantastic job and are always very respectful about our property and not only clean very well, but also organize nicely. We have 3 kids with 2 of them under 5, so you can imagine how messy our house can get. I love coming home to my squeaky clean house, every other Friday!! read more

This company is hands down the single worst cleaning service I have ever dealt with. The cleaners were incredibly inconsistent, they did not clean my businesses well. They left the water running for hours on one occasion. They spilled oil on my kitchen floor then didn't clean it. They would claim they spent one hour cleaning when they would only spend half that time, and then I would be billed for it. The owner refused to listen to anything I said, any of my complaints. She did not believe me until I had a security/camera system put in and started watching them. After that I discovered the cleaner would clean for 30 minutes instead of the full hour I was billed for. They did such a poor job that I got fruit flys and had to pay an exterminator $275 to get rid of them. I finally fired them. In my 17 years of owning bars and restaurants I have never worked with such a horrible service. Bad cleaning, bad customer service. Do not hire this company. You will absolutely regret it. read more

I have been using this company for over 18 months and they continue to do a terrific job. I've used them for multiple projects throughout the bay area and would easily refer them to other people. My biggest concern when hiring a new company to come to my house was theft and they have always left the belongings better than when they arrived.
