I really wanted to like this cleaning service, but unfortunately, they completely missed the mark…read more I hired them expecting a thorough cleaning since it was supposed to be a "deep clean," but what I got felt rushed and incomplete. The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service unless they seriously step up their quality and attention to detail.

After sending multiple messages and asking her about the COVID compliance measures in place, I received no response. At about 10:40, she calls me directly to literally yell at me. When I picked up the phone, she started right away with an accusatory tone, blaming me for not understanding that I needed to wait for her to confirm the appointment - even after I received a message stating that it was confirmed. The message stated confirmed and even provided a button to Add to Calendar. She has an horrible temperament and attitude problem that cannot be fixed by reasoning with her. She yelled so loud I had to hang up the phone. It rattled my nerves. What a disappointment when all I wanted to do was support a small business in this economic climate. I am looking forward to inviting someone into my home who exhibits maturity, kindness, respect, appreciation for their customers and ready to deliver top notch service. I'm sure that there are others out there, just not Royal. And now she says that I harassed her. Please do not make a mistake contacting this business. She even lies in the response saying that I harassed her! Who does this? I wanted to give her business. She is completely unhinged. Please be warned not to contact her. I wasted so much time prepping the house and cleaners for her team. So disappointed.

There are other reviewers that listed this problem, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made sure I was very thorough in the booking. I would mark them as a big UNRELIABLE. 0 stars!!

With multiple pets running around, the place definitely needed some extra love, and they got it done! The team worked steadily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (taking just a quick half-hour lunch break). They washed all the windows, scrubbed the tile floors, cleaned the oven, washed the walls, vacuumed, dusted, and even got into all the baseboards. The house is completely sparkling and smells amazing! They started out with a crew of four, though one of the cleaners did have to leave midway through the job. Despite being down a person for the second half, the remaining crew stayed pleasant, worked incredibly hard, and finished everything up beautifully. The quality of the cleaning and their work ethic were on point. I'd definitely recommend them!

I was looking for a new cleaner for my home and came across Karen and her company. She seemed…read morepromising as she was responsive and her estimates were reasonable during our first interaction. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company.

She and her husband, Aziz, even came out the same day to evaluate the carpets and provide a quote. Aziz was honest, knowledgeable, never pushy, and their pricing was very fair. We decided to move forward, and I'm so glad we did. They worked incredibly hard for over 5 hours in our home after already completing 3 other jobs that same day! After inspecting my carpets, Aziz addressed that I had deeply neglected my carpets since this is the first time I had had any professional cleaning done on the carpets since putting them in. Aziz provided an estimated cost that was higher than what we discussed in our messages; however, it was reasonable given the severity of the carpet's condition. Aziz and another team member started on the cleaning; they were quick and thorough but provided high-quality results. Aziz had me inspect the carpets after the cleaning was done, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. *Aziz cleaned my area rug free of charge after I had asked to exclude it, which was an unexpected and greatly appreciated gesture.
