Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with. They left zero mess, and couldn't have been nicer. We are so happy with the new unit, and it is working so much better than we had even hoped! I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a…read moregood game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn't solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!
