What really made the difference was the service provided by Jose, who helped me throughout the process. Jose not only took the time to walk me through all available options and explaining everything in detail, ensuring I understood the coverage I was getting provided. I really appreciate he wasn't rushing and being pushy on the time to close the deal. I highly recommend Jose especially if you get the change to work with him. He truly cares for your best service.

Do yourself a favor and contact Avina's Insurance…read more Honestly, I had never considered working with an agency before, usually opting to go directly to the big name providers out there. I assumed by doing that I was always getting the best deal (you know, cutting out the "middle man" and all). That was my mistake. After helping me to insure my vehicles over the past two years, I can honestly say that Eva and her small team at Avina's Insurance are not only knowledgeable and conveniently priced but also make it a point to provide exceptional, personalized service whenever I (rarely) need assistance with my multiple, complex policies.

I was quite shocked to read the negative reviews for this Allstate office but my experience was…read morequite the opposite. Before switching to Allstate, I had been with geico for a number of years. With the help of Zoe Alvarez, my Allstate agent, I was able to not only save on my auto policies but add renter's insurance too, all at a premium less than I had been paying previously for just auto insurance. I would highly recommend speaking with Zoe. She has not only saved me money on my insurance but has also been readily available whenever I have any sort of question regarding my policies, about other Allstate products , and once even helped me out to make sure that I was able to get roadside assistance! To me that kind of customer care definitely warrants 5 stars. Again i can only speak from my one on one experience with Zoe, but she truly exemplifies Allstate's motto of the client being "in Good Hands"
