A friend recommended this place to me so I called and spoke to a representative named Danny. He was…read morevery attentive and helpful by pulling up quotes for me over the telephone to see what I would be working with. He didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions patiently, which I appreciated very much especially when someone like me strikes with a zillion questions, four comments, and a song. I went to visit their office early on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a familiar voice, who introduced himself as Danny. He and another representative in the office were assisting clients so he asked me to have a seat. When Danny completed his work for his client, he had me sit with him so we could discuss the reason for my visit. He explained everything in detail and then transferred me to Jason, the other representative, who would be able to assist me with other aspects of my requests. And Jason was absolutely fantastic! I had no shame in dumping every complicated detail on him as he tackled them all by re-organizing and resolving every issue with precision, concision, and professionalism. I'm writing this review because close to a year after my initial visit, I had changed vehicles and needed to update my auto insurance policy. Instead of reaching out to Danny or Jason, I contacted my insurance company directly because it sounded pretty simple enough. After some time, I followed up with Jason and asked him to review my files. Immediately, he noticed that the insurance company had increased my rates unnecessarily so he went right to work to reduce those costs for me, and reduce those costs he did! So thank you, again, Jason!!!

Owning an older property in San Francisco has made finding and keeping insurance increasingly difficult. Over the years, several insurance companies have decided not to renew our policy, and each time Phil and his team have been there to help us navigate the process. They have consistently found new coverage options for us when we weren't sure where to turn. They've also been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the various property upgrades and requirements that insurance companies have requested before renewing coverage. Instead of just selling us a policy, they've taken the time to explain what was needed, answer our questions, and help us through every step. What I appreciate most is their responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help. It's reassuring to know we have a team we can trust, especially with something as important and increasingly complicated as property insurance. If you're looking for an insurance agency that is experienced, dependable, and truly advocates for its clients, I highly recommend Phil Dong Insurance Agency. We are incredibly grateful for all of their help over the years.
