First of all, since I am not the customer so I will not judge the quality of the office. I wrote this review to talk about the customer service. All front employees were really nice and helpful. I came to pick up my mother files and they did their best to help me. No one knows her case until I heard the owner speak up from his office. It seems like my mother talked to him yesterday and they were probably fighting. I heard him mentioned her as "the crazy woman." I mean I understand he can be mad and even if my mom is at fault, it is not professional to call someone crazy in front of their family. If you want to bad mouth someone at least please make sure I am out of your sight (at least you can comment whatever you want about her when I am not there anymore.) My dad actually found this place for a Quitclaim Deed. He did it and they misspelled someone's name... so he had to go back and get that fixed. Okay... silly mistake. Fast forward a year... My dad recommends this place to me for a Quitclaim Deed I had to do as well... We signed our papers in December... they didn't send it out to the county until mid/end of January. As a result I had to do a rate extension fee through my bank to hold on to the rate. As I called them to see what was going on, they informed me that don't even make copies of their documents before sending it up. What the hell? Are they really professionals? I ended up doing a new Quitclaim deed with a notary through the mortgage company I used. All in all, because I decided to save a few bucks, and because this company can't seem to do legal papers in a timely manner, the new Quitclaim Deed + Notary + Rate extension fee cost me $1200. All because I decided to try to save a few bucks. Worst part? I FINALLY got some letter from the county a couple weeks after I finalized everything with my mortgage company. And of course, it was cash only so this company was not willing to give me a refund. If you decide to go with these guys, ASK FOR COPIES OF EVERYTHING, FOLLOW UP, AND BE DILIGENT. If you're busy, like I am, just go with another company and pay a few extra bucks. read more

Came here to get my taxes done as recommended by my friend. I called ahead of time for a quote but they said it really depends on how many forms I had. Anyway I came on a Monday at around 11am and brought all my forms with me. They were able to enter everything and get it all done in 1 hr at a VERY low price!! Very impressive.
