This is my 3rd times that I've got my tax return done at Tony Lam CPA and every time was such a pleasure. The first two I got it done by Tony Lam (Cuong or Tuong) probably. Sorry for horribly remembering names. He was awesome, really trying to help out a lot with his fantastic experience and well explanation. The 3rd time I had Tram Anh who is sitting right at the front desk, she is very knowledgeable as well and such a sweet lady, willing to go extra miles to help me out. AN ABSOLUTE 5 STAR OFFICE! I will definitely return to this place for years to come! Thank you ! read more

Do not go here to get your taxes done!! The customer service is terrible!! I've been going here for 2 years and sent my tax preparer Brandon all my information. I called the office about 8 times and didn't get one call back after leaving numerous messages. I have never experienced this type of service from any business ever before in my life. I was being patient and tried to give them a few chances to call back since I knew it could be that they were busy but nope!! Nothing!! I spoke to the receptionist every time I called and only thing I got was "he can't talk cuz he's with a client or he was not in the office". Well I finally gave up and took my business's elsewhere. This is my first negative review for any business so u know how horrible my experience must have been to take the time to write this. Take my advice and just don't even attempt to go here. You will be sorry!! read more

For five years I've been getting financial management at TL CPA. Ty Tran is simply the best and I can't say enough good things about the group but especially Ty. I've also introduced friends to the agency and also have heard of good success. I know not everyone may feel as I do, but I thought after so many positive years I'd speak my mind. read more

I recently went to Mr. Lam office for tax prepare. After done, I walked to waiting area and the receptionist gave a copy. I do not understand why the receptionist said loud how much I will receive the tax return in front of five people are waiting at the waiting area. The tax preparer discussed with me, there is no need to mention again (dumb!!!) especially financial confidential matter. Mr. Lam, you should get you staffs (tax preparers and front desk helpers) a training how being professional and knowledge what confidential is. I disappointed the incident occurred, hope that your staffs will be served better and knowledge how public relation is. read more

I have been with Tony Lam CPA for many years. Brandon, my tax preparer, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. However, front desk customer service was rude. Last year, right after filling my income tax at Tony Lam CPA, I went home and received an additional income tax document by mail. I wasn't sure so I called the office. A front desk lady picked up the phone and without hesitation told me that that Brandon is with a client and unable to answer my call. She then asked me what I needed. I explained that I could've missed filling one of the income taxes. Instead of getting me help, she started being rude. She raised her voice blaming me why I had to hurry (she sounded like I wasted their time and now they have to spend time to correct it). She made me feel just like an idiot. I was really pissed at the time and I told her that if it's my fault, I will pay whatever it takes to redo it so no worries.... Long story short, I was able to reach Brandon later in the day and it turned out everything had been well taken care of in first place. As the result, I did not have to re-filling my income tax. This year, I decide to take it to somewhere else..... read more
