When the bridge goes "offline" all you get is an AI operator from Everlights who tells you that yes, you do need a technician, but no one ever calls or comes out. Had them since January, and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Can't change the pattern.....can't get a hold of technical support. We have been snookered for over $3000.00....

I was advised by the staff that on the day of pick-up, I could just walk to the counter with the receipt if it was too busy.
