There was still a significant amount of dust and dirt left behind, particularly in the window tracks, screen frames, and several areas appeared to have been overlooked. The cleaning did not feel thorough, and attention to detail was lacking throughout the job. I also noticed that shoe covers were not used while working inside the home, which I would have appreciated. To the owner's credit, he did respond to my concerns and sent the worker back to address the issues. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, the job still was not completed to a satisfactory standard. During the follow-up, the worker appeared frustrated which did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed. I appreciate the owner's willingness to respond, but based on my experience, the overall workmanship did not meet my expectations for a professional window cleaning service.
