At the end of long day, I took a chance and called Shawn at Instant Imprints 1 minute before closing and I'm SO THANKFUL I did. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease. They looked great, got to box them exactly how I imagined and those who got their gifts were really surprised and excited about not getting a regular schmegular plaque. I've mostly done returns here but I've seen PO Boxes, copiers, and all your basic shopping needs.
