The worst I've ever dealt with and I've been working on cars over 10 years…read more Chase will give you a price range but once the car is in his shop he will do whatever he thinks is right, totally ignore everything was discussed before, add the amount of hours he want and then he will be like deal with it . He charged my almost triple what we agreed on, he work from home, it's not an actual shop! When we argued almost got physical couple of times and since we're in his house your options are limited. He literally called a dent on the car , and said this need to be addressed, I asked him to fix it, which he did , but he damaged it again while putting the bumper back and yet still charged me for it . When I asked him how come you're charging me for something you didn't even fix , he's like well the car stayed 2 weeks at the shop you can consider a storage fee!! So unprofessional, maybe the old guy was the man but Chase was a complete waste of time and money. I paid the guy what he asked for cause I really didn't want him to cause more damage to the car. as I don't really have time or energy to deal with such attitude and work ethic , even tho I should have took it to the court! I have proof for everything I just mentioned, and I'm more than happy to show it to anyone who might be interested before working with such person. Very disappointed.

Master Truck and Trailer truly offers exceptional service and support. They took the time to…read moreunderstand my towing requirements and provided me with the necessary information. I purchased an air lift airbag system and installed a fifth wheel puck system for my new Ford F350. Jonathan, John, and Louis were knowledgeable and patient as they guided me through selecting the right system for my specific towing needs, from my camper to my cargo trailer. They also took the time to explain other features and merchandise available at their store, as well as the services and maintenance they can offer for both my truck and trailer. The installation of both the fifth wheel puck system and air lift kit went flawlessly, and MTT exceeded my expectations. my apologies, as I did not get Jon's son's name, but he did a thorough job of explaining how the airlift system works, and what the right set up should be for the various trailers. A very knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend Master Truck and Trailer for any truck or trailer needs you may have.

I had my suspension upgraded and steering box replaced by Frame-up. When I picked up my vehicle,…read moreDonny mentioned there is a grinding/whine noise with my power steering reservoir and he suggested to replace it due to in his opinion "poor" design. CVF Racing (Manufacturer) sells thousands of these power steering system which was included in my serpentine system. I was informed the whining/grinding noise is not something to be concerned about other than the noise. Within a month and mind you I drove the car short distance to local car shows, my power steering reservoir started leaking and air bubbles forming forcing fluid through the pressure hole. I contacted CVF for advise, and was informed the system was not bled correctly. I had the car towed to Frame-up which I was under the impression Donny Friese would honor his warranty for the recent steering box replacement and the last to work with my power steering. I did not have ANY issues with my power steering before Frame-up's upgrade. Without any estimate /quote, explanation or contact for the repair from Frame-up, I was shocked to be billed an additional $850 to bleed and replace a power steering reservoir. This place is a total ripoff! Get a detailed written quote before engaging with this outfit. The initial quote/estimate I was provided went up by $1000 without notice or explanation which I let slide. Now I am contemplating on getting legal advise on this matter. Buyers beware!
