Dropped off with the original carb and amazon cheap carb plus new battery in box. I got it back in early July and they charged $350 to remove mouse nest in the air cleaner and it ran crappy for a day or two and then wouldn't start. Brought back and said i wanted the original carb cleaned and installed and need it running by Aug 1st - wasn't done! I got a call and said the carbs were no good so i ordered them a new one. Came back in September to get it - wasn't done and asked for refund. Bill said yes but then i went to pick up and they got it running. They said the battery was weak but 'look it's running fine'. Asked for the original carb - said it was on the bike - It's not. The original is now missing. I got it back home and it again ran for 1 day. Went back to ask for refund - Bill said no just bring it back. This shop will not see it again - they lie and rip people off. They took my money, had my bike all summer and it's no better than when I brought it in! Do yourself a favor and pay a reputable shop.

I asked for a headlight bulb and the guy behind the counter asked what kind of car I had. After I told him he was suddenly taking a personal phone call while looking up my car. "I'm at work" and "I'm bout to get up out of this bitch" was what I couldn't help overhearing. After he came back with the product I paid and I asked if he could switch the bulb out for me. He told me he would look at it if it wasn't complicated he could do it. He went out and looked under the hood of my car and told me that there were "clamps" he didn't want to break and it was too complicated he couldn't do it. I went home, pulled up a YouTube video and changed it myself in less than 5 minutes. There were no "clamps". Do yourself a favor and save $10 by getting your light at Walmart and do it yourself. I was willing to pay the extra money at O'Reilly's thinking I would have better service than Walmart. The employees at this O'Reilly's are rude and lazy.
