It only cost me about 50 bucks more than the other guys who didn't fix a damn thing. I can't speak highly enough of Ramon and his crew. They are the ONLY plumbers I will use and or recommend to anybody in need. I read the previous reviews, and I cannot speak to other people situation and experiences, but I Highly doubt the race card, or unethical business is something that Ramon or his guys practice. I called Jose's since it's about 5 min from me and they said it wouldn't cost much since it was an easy job so I stopped by. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them.
