I think they're reasonably priced, the woman who works there is polite, and they always put a sticker on a stain so you know that it's been addressed. The only times that I've had clothes returned with stains was from grease and when there wasn't anything they could do, because the stain had already been set for too long. When this happened, they were professional, told me there was nothing they could do, and I wasn't charged for it. I'm not sure what the others were talking about. They take out your clothes from the washing machines and toss them to the side if you don't take them out right away. They also will watch you put your clothes in the dryer and lock them inside while they're still drying if you don't grab them 5 minutes before they close.
