I waited last minute to get a dress altered and it definitely was a huge mistake. First of all the pricing was extremely high, even for a quick alteration (deadline approaching) I was charged $120 to alter a dress almost the same price as the dress itself. I received the dress today, the work was very bad. Please do not bring your items here if you want good quality work. Do not be like me and wait last minute and have to settle for mediocre sewing.

Anthony was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to my needs. I had to have a wedding dress altered within two weeks of my wedding date and he was more than accommodating. Not only did he get it done within a weeks time, he let it out about 1 inch total, made a beautiful bussell with three ways to pin it and cut the length so I wouldn't trip over my dress. It was perfect. I know I can count on him to do what I need well and with care. I've taken other items to him which have been perfectly tailored. Definitely will continue to go here for all my tailoring needs.

She even took a vintage, wool, pleated skirt that was three sizes too small and made it fit! Not only do I trust her work, she is fast and more than reasonably priced. AND she's a sweetheart! I look forward to visiting her when I have alterations. AND AND she had lots of unique jewelry in the shop. I've even bought some plants from her that she grew during quarantine. Lastly, I've been in there enough to over hear other customers' excellent experiences. Great vibe with positive sayings painted on the walls. Only negative is somewhat cramped parking next to the store because handicap slots take up the most convenient spaces. But no problem finding parking since there are plenty of businesses in the same shopping center. They also do wash and fold.

So he took my phone number and told me that his father would call me if there were any issues and he said the dress would be done in 3 days. Today, exactly two weeks later, I go in to pick up my dress and the owner is there. He looks around, doesn't find the dress, asks me what color it was, then aimlessly walks around some more looking (the place is not that big). Then he asks me if I can come back because he can't find it and I said no I really can't, so after spending several more minutes walking around aimlessly, he started to say again that I was going to have to come back when he happened to look underneath the counter and pulled out my dress, which was not clean, and had been sitting there for the last two weeks in the same bag. He offered no explanation, no apology, just stood there looking at me. I took my dress and went somewhere else. Complete waste of my time.
