I go back by 4:30PM, then wait for 20 minutes because she states they are still not ready. She literally iron my clothes in front of me. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried." She ended up giving $5 back unwillingly for $20 that I paid for my winter jacket. Sorry to say to but i will never come back here and do not recommend.

This the friendliest, best dry cleaner I've ever done business with. I've taken things in twice so far. The first time was a beloved silk dress that had gotten some stains on it during a possibly drunk walk through the woods a couple of years back. Um...anyway, I've had it cleaned a couple of times since then and nobody had been able to make much headway on the spots. I told the folks at Kergaard about them and they said they'd try. Try they did - they cleaned it twice trying to get them out and the stains are now almost unrecognizable. I can still find them but nobody else would ever notice them. Almost good as new! Then last night we realized one of Sean's suits needed to be pressed for a wedding that we were leaving town for at 11:30am. Yikes what do we do?? Kergaard to the rescue! I called as soon as they opened and asked if there was any way that I could have the suit pressed within a couple of hours and he said he could help. I brought it in at 7:15 and he had it ready by 10:30. I offered to pay extra but the guy wouldn't hear it. Less than 25 bucks for three pieces pressed and ready to go within 3 hours? That's great service of you ask me. Also, even before I started taking stuff here, we always noticed there were people dropping stuff off getting out of REALLY nice cars. Good sign for me. These are the type of people who dry clean everything they own so if they're trusting Kergaard, so am I. The people that work here are so friendly and kind, I just love to support a place like that especially in my own town. Take your dry cleaning here. You'll have a good experience.

The place was safe, clean, welcoming and most importantly functioning and stocked with commercial size washers and dryers. I know I sound crazy to get excited about laundry...but compared to my one at home that takes 60 minutes this is heaven! The jumbo dryer was 4 minutes for 25 cents and it was Huge as well. They have 2 change machines or you can also pay by credit card which is convenient. They also have a vending machine and a machine to purchase soap products from. Convenient location there are a few eating places within walking distance as well. Overall great experience! Highly recommend
