My concern was cat spray on the draperies that were custom made for my closet. After discussing the possibilities and my options, I chose to take a toothbrush and Oxi Clean to the 3 areas and scrub the crap out of it. A lot did come out, but still obviously there. Went in today to drop them off as Matt and I discussed and the gentleman there who schooled me in dry cleaning (at my request :-)) said they'd be ready by next Friday. I told him that I'd have to ask a friend to deal with it bec I live in Cali now and just here to prep my condo for the next tenant so he told me to come back Saturday. That's service! The BEST service! Thank you so much!!!!! Picked up drapes today and as warned they might shrink-THEY DID :-( Noticeably Inches too :-( But I was warned and signed paper that it might happen. I should have went with my gut and just washed them on cold once and hang to dry. Bill was around $130 for 4 dry clean panels.

The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!

Despite causing this damage, the only reimbursement they provided was the $15 I paid to have the pants cleaned. Reimbursing the cleaning charge does nothing to compensate me for a brand-new $150 pair of pants that was damaged while in their care. The customer service afterward was equally disappointing. Halle, the manager, did not even bother to call me to discuss what happened or attempt to resolve the situation personally. Their proposed solution was for me to drive back to their location and drop off the damaged pants, even after I specifically explained that I am not from the area. After damaging my property, they expected me to spend additional time and money traveling back to address a problem they caused. I gave this business an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I expected them to take responsibility for the ink damage they caused and provide fair compensation for the item. Instead, I received $15, no call from the manager, and a request that I further inconvenience myself by driving back to their location. The damage itself is unacceptable, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward is what made this experience particularly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Easy to operate the machines that use the PayRange system. Install the Payrange app, add a credit to your account and from there, activate the machine you wish. It all worked just fine. And now I have a $3 credit to use at some future point, I assume. All of the machines I used worked fine and the folding table was clean. Plenty of parking. Restroom in the back was also clean. That was a real chore this winter with all the snow and slush that was dragged in. But she was always their busting her butt trying to stay ahead of all the dirt and grime. She did a fabulous job. The place was safe, clean, welcoming and most importantly functioning and stocked with commercial size washers and dryers. They even had a few washers that had the capacity for 6 or 7 loads of clothes for $7.50 and it only took 25 minutes to wash! I know I sound crazy to get excited about laundry...but compared to my one at home that takes 60 minutes this is heaven! The jumbo dryer was 4 minutes for 25 cents and it was Huge as well. They have 2 change machines or you can also pay by credit card which is convenient. They also have a vending machine and a machine to purchase soap products from. Convenient location there are a few eating places within walking distance as well. Overall great experience! Highly recommend
