My dishwasher is amazing! HOWEVER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY LOVESEAT. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN AUGUST! NOW IT MAYBE READY IN OCTOBER! NOT ACCEPTABLE. AGAIN WHEN I CALL THE NEW MANAGER AT PORTSMOUTH GIVES ME THE RUN AROUND. ASK FOR DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME AND HE REFUSES TO GIVE IT TO ME! I WILL NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON THIS UNTIL I GET MY NEW LOVESEAT! THEY HAVE DINGED MY CREDIT AND THIS IS THEIR ISSUE NOT MINE. THE BLATENT BREAKING OF CONSUMER LAWS IS UNREAL WITH THIS COMPANY! AVOID IT AT ALL COST! ANGRY doesn't begin to state where I am with this situation. Will never recommend them again! We purchased a washer and dryer from Conns in January of last year and they have been great. However, in May of 2020 we purchased a loveseat with power recliners. Great loveseat, very comfy. In January 2021 I noticed one side had an odd indentation in the cushion. I called regarding the warranty and after a month I was finally able to get someone to come look at it. That was Feb 18th. It's now April 15th. I still have an odd cushion and the foam they were supposed to order is no where in sight. About two weeks after the repair person was here the power recliners stopped working. So now I have TWO claims. Repair person comes out again. Bad cord but I don't have a replacement. Has to be ordered. At this point I seriously feel they have me a bad piece of furniture and I don't want to wait for repair. I called on Monday, April 12th. I was on the phone for over two hours. I currently am on the phone with a gentleman named Quinn from customer service. I'm pretty sure he just answered a personal call while I was on the phone with him. I am BEYOND THE RUN AROUND at this point. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the state attorney general and my own attorney to push this and as far as I am concerned Conns will not get another dime for this loveseat until it is replaced!
