Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. He could have sold us a new compressor and we wouldn't have known the difference, but instead he simply cleaned it for a fraction of the cost. We hired our own technician who figured out the issue, the fridge had a hole causing the Freon to leak, after which our technician discovered was just a symptom of a bigger issue. After this purchase I have vowed to only buy appliances directly from the original stores along with a warranty.
