Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. He could have sold us a new compressor and we wouldn't have known the difference, but instead he simply cleaned it for a fraction of the cost. Maksim's honesty and professionalism has earned our business, and we will definitely be recommending him to friends!

Agreed to replace pump but after replacement he did not run a complete cycle to verify the issue was resolved. After he left I ran a complete cycle with the same noise as before the pump replacement. Reached out to inform him the pump was not the apparent issue expecting to receive a response but none has been received to date. Would not use service again. Problem of noise still exists.

Well.... I wasn't, the exhaust was still dumping inside instead of outside. Talked to the property management company they said the Tech(Scott) said that it was vent was installed incorrectly. 2nd visit Scott decided to replace the exhaust ducting with hard flex line which when he pushed it back into place pinched and cracked and caused again the same issue. After telling me I'm good to go I do laundry and discover again the issue has not been corrected. After a call to the property management company he again says the vents were installed incorrectly. So from 2 visit we've learned.... the vents are installed incorrectly(which is false, they were installed to code when the condos were built) and that apparently because of that he can't seem to make the exhaust go to the outside. I would not recommend hiring this company!!!

I've yet to hear from them. I got the technician's phone number and the fridge guy's phone number. Neither one is able to be contacted because they don't pick up their phones and their mailboxes are full. I don't know I may have gotten scammed out of $100. Yet to be determined. I believe they are just a booking agent for repair people. Doesn't look good at this point.
