As someone that has received a ton of laser hair removal before, I can guarantee you that I know what I am talking about. It was a last minute appointment for me and I don't have a lot in my southern area due to all the previous sessions I had at other places. This is just a touch up after 10 years. So I didn't shave because it was last minute and didn't have time (pretty normal at most places to touch you up if you didn't), as you know we have to shave. So I asked my laser tech, she said you don't need to because this way she knows where it is. Big mistake trusting her that maybe she knew a new hack (?). It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened except that she probably burned me (read online why you need to shave). I have never ever had hyper pigmentation but I was covered in red dots that are now gray. I'm pretty fair skin but I am a POC and it's crazy because I've always done the higher settings for any laser, whether it is IPL or hair removal. I don't know what the tech did. All the areas that I have hyperpigermentation or the pink/red burns are on areas I didn't have any hair. Then we hit the areas that do, she never shaved so it hurt extra bad and of course it doesn't hit the follicles, burnt, and I still have hair..... And I will say as someone that is from the 2nd densest big city after NYC, this was 5x what it cost back home. This is crazy, not only is it more expensive, it was done incorrectly, somehow I manage to get burned and none of the hair follicles were killed. It's upsetting that this store is operating and I TIPPED THEM. Never in my life had I ever have to tip anyone for laser and they ask for it here. SKIP AT ALL COST. TLDR: I'm a laser vet, said I didn't need to shave (quick google says they are wrong), something nothing worked/ineffective, I got burned, I have hyperpigmentation which has never happened, 5x other places in price, and they ask for tip (mildly unorthodox.. I tipped though - hindsight wish I didn't)

Alina did my brows and boy she was meticulous, also the whole time she was focused on the brows so we didn't speak much, however, I prefered it silent. Right after my brows looked INCREDIBLE. and I've had micro blading & that shit sucked--only lasting 6-8 months. I do think I should have gone immediately home after because due to my oily skin mixed with the humid air they lost some of their lustrs just simply being outdoors. I've tried a lot of facials, massages, and laser hair removal at various places over the years, including buccal massage a few times, but nothing stuck until I found Dinara. Her treatment was unlike anything I've had before. She talks you through everything up front and throughout, checks in constantly, and clearly knows facial anatomy, skin, and the body inside and out. Her technique is intentional but gentle, with moves I'd genuinely never experienced. When I saw my face afterward, I couldn't believe it -- I looked 10 years younger. I'd assumed the droopiness and wrinkles were just an inevitable part of aging. Turns out, not to the degree I thought. I felt like myself again, looking back at me in the mirror. It is not strip wax and it is not the sticky, thin hard wax that needs multiple tries to get off the skin.
