I had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE here. DO NOT GO HERE for lash treatments! I got a lash lift two…read moreweeks ago, before my vacation, and noticed after a few days that some of the lashes on my right eye were over-processed and over-curled. As the days went on, the lashes continued to curl, to the point that my lashes were scratching my eye lids, making them itchy and very uncomfortable. Then it started to happen to my left eye too. I messaged the manager and she gave me a couple of methods to try to make my lashes itch less, but none of them worked, and my lashes continued to curl more, and some started to break off. She offered to give me an adjustment when I got back, and we agreed on a time. During the adjustment, I clarified that my lashes would still be curled after she relaxed the over curl, and she said yes. She told me that the reason why my lashes were over curled was because the lash tech had left the serum on my eyes for too long, leading to them becoming over processed. When I saw my finished look, my lashes were no longer curled and uneven on both eyes. I asked her why they weren't curled and she told me that my lashes were too damaged and thin to do another lift, and that I should come back in 2-4 weeks. She offered to do it for a discount, and at that point I confronted her. I told her that I paid $100 plus tip for a lash lift and tint (which they said would last for 8-10 weeks), only for the treatment to make my eyelashes damaged, last less than two weeks, and she did not deliver what she said she would for the adjustment. And to top it off, as I was saying this, she was trying to rudely rush me out because she had another client, and interrupting me as I spoke. We had agreed to an appointment for 6 pm, so it is not my fault if you overbook yourself. Then, she proceeded to double back and say that after her next client she could give me a lash lift today, after she had just told me that my lashes were too damaged to do anything before 2-4 weeks. I decided to just leave, and I asked her if I could curl my lashes or use mascara, and she said that my lashes are now too damaged to touch for at least a week or two. I am so disappointed by the treatment that I received at Nice Brow. Besides not receiving the lash lift that I paid for, I am also left with thin and damaged eyelashes, and they wanted me to come back and pay again to redo the service. This is completely unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST NICE BROW WITH YOUR EYELASHES. DO NOT GO HERE.

It was during this visit that I REALLY learned why it is important to stick to what you know.    I got three services: a chocolate bikini wax, eyebrow threading and upper lip wax. The only one that went right was the upper lip wax.    Eyebrow threading - I woke up with little scabs underneath one of the brows. This has never happened to me before. I don't have a lot of eyebrow, let's get that clear, but I do know they could have been shaped better. Other places I've been too may take an extra minute or two to make sure the shape is perfect. This was super quick and you can tell.    Bikini Wax - I get this type of wax all the time, I've got a wax lady and god do I regret cheating on her. The lady literally left me bleeding. I have NEVER bled before. And she had the audacity to tell me that my skin is sensitive and that this is normal. Maybe it is, but I have definitely never bled before. Like... what the hell?! The wax wasn't even super clean so I had to go back in a day or two later to fix it up a little.    Safe to say I will not be going back and I genuinely couldn't even try to pretend to recommend it. There are other places with similar prices that I'm sure will do a better job.

Went here for a laser hair removal. As someone that has received a ton of laser hair removal…read morebefore, I can guarantee you that I know what I am talking about. It was a last minute appointment for me and I don't have a lot in my southern area due to all the previous sessions I had at other places. This is just a touch up after 10 years. So I didn't shave because it was last minute and didn't have time (pretty normal at most places to touch you up if you didn't), as you know we have to shave. So I asked my laser tech, she said you don't need to because this way she knows where it is. Big mistake trusting her that maybe she knew a new hack (?). It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened except that she probably burned me (read online why you need to shave). I have never ever had hyper pigmentation but I was covered in red dots that are now gray. I'm pretty fair skin but I am a POC and it's crazy because I've always done the higher settings for any laser, whether it is IPL or hair removal. I don't know what the tech did. All the areas that I have hyperpigermentation or the pink/red burns are on areas I didn't have any hair. Then we hit the areas that do, she never shaved so it hurt extra bad and of course it doesn't hit the follicles, burnt, and I still have hair..... And I will say as someone that is from the 2nd densest big city after NYC, this was 5x what it cost back home. This is crazy, not only is it more expensive, it was done incorrectly, somehow I manage to get burned and none of the hair follicles were killed. It's upsetting that this store is operating and I TIPPED THEM. Never in my life had I ever have to tip anyone for laser and they ask for it here. SKIP AT ALL COST. TLDR: I'm a laser vet, said I didn't need to shave (quick google says they are wrong), something nothing worked/ineffective, I got burned, I have hyperpigmentation which has never happened, 5x other places in price, and they ask for tip (mildly unorthodox.. I tipped though - hindsight wish I didn't)
